This grease gun was a pleasant surprise. I have used many grease guns over the years and expect a certain amount of mess, loose attachment to the grease fitting, etc. None of that is true with this grease gun. From installing a fresh tube of grease, to using the quick connect on fittings, there were no (negative) surprises, the end result of which is no wasted time cleaning up grease that went where it wasn't intended. Highly recommend this grease gun.

This seems to be a decent grease gun once you get the plunger working correctly. I had to use both feet to hold the gun while I pulled the plunger the last couple of inches as the spring inside is considerably stiff. Then to release the plunger I again had to hold the gun with my feet while reducing the pressure on the plunger to allow the release button to release. Getting the air out of the unit again took several attempts, but once it began to push grease out the nozzle it became a joy to use to grease my tractor.

I have grease guns going back to the 1930s. Some are small, one has a flexible hose and this one has two more features that are badly needed. One is a one hand pump operation and the other is a positive coupling system so you don't have to use one hand on the hose/grease fitting while pumping. My most difficult application is dealing with my lawn tractor. Some of the grease fittings are in the clear, but 3 are difficult to access. Here is where the new features come in. Works like a charm - - should have developed these features decades ago for manually operated grease guns1

Absolute JUNK. I've worked equipment for 55 of my 70 years on this planet. Know every grease gun trick in the book. Tried every one of them and NEVER got the thing to pump grease. Leaked from every other part of the gun, so grease came out of everywhere BUT the hose!!! Purchase at your own peril.

Ive used this a few times now on my vehicles and boat. Definitely an improvement from a hf one I had. The 90 fits perfectly on my steering system and doesn't leak grease everywhere nor does the main grip. Definitely happy with this purchase.
