I love the barrel look and the fabric is the exact thickness I want in a good solid pair of sweatpants. They don't feel cheap. I've been wearing them in transition from Summer to Fall. The pockets are a good depth. I just wish the pants were longer and not ankle length. They're very comfortable but the waist band is thick and hard but it provides a good stretch. I want to love these, I just wish the leg had more of a taper. I've attached a pic of them with a pair of black sleektech old navy pants on top. The ON are smaller in size, but as you can see, the leg tapers in more towards the ankle. It helps to give that horseshoe/barrel look. I got the XXL in Heather white. They are a Heather gray/oatmeal mix, in my opinion. I love the color. I also ordered them in black, but because im on the fence about returning them, even for a smaller size, I haven't opened them yet. I am 5'6" and weigh around 215#, typically size 16 pants, with room to spare in the waist (almost always have to get jeans altered to fix back gap) These are soft and comfortable, not heavyweight at all, and definitely not fleece! I may exchange for the XL, but im worried if I dry them they might shrink to be too small in the waist. Also, I dont know if a smaller size equates to the tapering that I feel is needed to get the look im going for. These were an alternative to Urban Outfitters 'Out from Under' brand at a whopping $55/pair. Overall, I think they are definitely worth a try! ... show more

I am glad I took a chance on these because they are my new favorite sweatpants that I don't mind wearing outside of the house! They are a nice lightweight, but sturdy, material with a soft terry inside. I also love that they are a petite-friendly length (I'm 5'2") unlike other barrel sweats I've tried. I ordered my suggested size Medium (28" waist, 40" hips) and they fit perfectly. The barrel shape isn't too overexaggerated - just enough to be more interesting than your average sweats. These are my first pair of barrel pants and I would have to say I think they're so flattering. The barrel is more subtle which I'm a huge fan of. I sized up for a baggier look and am glad I did. I'm 3 months postpartum so having something that is comfy but I can wear out without feeling like a bum or like I look like I'm wearing sweats is my top priority. These have a great fit and material. The material is thick. The stomach band is on the tighter side but they look really good on. But I’ve only worn them twice and there is a hole in the seam right in the middle of the butt. I’m not sure if it was already there when I got them or not.
