I’m very pleased with this desk. I needed a desk that was somewhat compact because it was going in a room that was fairly small. First thing, it does come in two different boxes. This part freaked me out because the smaller box came first. And I only got one tracking number. However there is a total of two boxes. I reached out to the seller and they gave me the second tracking and it came the next . I don’t remember seeing that in reviews so I feel like it’s needed information if you do buy it. I will say it did seem a little intimidating because of all the reviews on how long it took to put together. It does indeed take 4 hours and two people. But only because there is so many pieces. I suggested laying everything out before you get started in order by number. We did 1-10 together 11-19 then 20-29 and so on. We also used paper bowls labeled with each letter with all the screws on it. It was much easier to stay organized. My husband is definitely good at this kind of thing and we even used an impact drill and it still took us 4 hours. So just take your time. Listen to music and put the desk together. The instruction were by far the best I’ve seen compared to some. It’s cool that’s can raise but I don’t really care about that part. It just looks nice and has a decent amount of storage and it’s sturdy once put together. I do wish the drawers were a little bigger. They are fairly small. However, I do like that It has a filing cabinet. I also wish the sliding cabinets were a little deeper. You can’t fit an average piece of paper on the shelf without it hanging over but it’s OK. It’s still closes. That’s really my only complaints. Overall it’s seems like a well-made desk and I’m so excited to have my own area in a quiet room. ( i was in a room with 5-8+ people ) I couldn’t concentrate before. Please don’t hesitate. I would buy the desk. It’s worth a honey and it’s very nice looking.

I just assembled this desk by myself and I thought it would take roughly 2.5 hrs but I ended up putting 4 hours into the assembly process! I am mechanically inclined and have been working on and assembling mechanical equipment for about 30 years so instructions and tools are second nature for me but it still took me quite a while to get this one done! I used a cordless drill with bit set to do most of the turning but tightened with hand tools. There are just a huge amount of parts to this but the instructions are clear and didn't require any back-stepping. This desk is solid and looks fantastic! I love that you can have things on the shelves and slide the barn doors over them to make it look nice and neat again. The lowest setting is just barely above the arms of my chair's lowest setting. The highest is too tall for me to work on comfortably (6 feet 0 inches tall). I have two memory settings programmed (a sit and a stand) and I like the way the desk goes to either on with a single button press. The lifting and lowering is almost silent and very smooth! I am able to put a large laser jet office printer/scanner on the lower part of the L shape and there is a 34" and a 27" monitor mounted to the desk surface comfortably. It looks just like the pics and is very stable. It doesn't shake around even when resting my hands on the edge and typing. Great value at $269 and is more than just a flat desk, it's a real piece of furniture even though it is all engineered wood (particle board) and not solid wood. Pricing is hundreds less than from other sellers! I highly recommend this desk as long as you're up for the challenge of assembling it!

So i was on the fence for about 3 months with this desk!!! The reviews were mixed and i was worried the quality wasn't going to be good. I decided to just go ahead and go for it since Amazon never lets me down when i have issues. I'm so glad i did. The desk is AMAZING! Yes, its going to be a HEADACHE to put together, but its worth it at this price. I've seen desks like this go over 1k easily!! Hubby assembles stuff all the time, so he's comfortable putting things like this together. He clocked it at under 5 hours, taking his time. Lots of little pieces, so bring your patience! Once it was done, i was a happy camper! Desk is cute. I got the black and wood grain one and i was pleased with the look. It doesnt look cheap at all. I'm 5'7 and the max height on this one is slightly more than i would need. The riser isnt too loud either, which was a bonus. It can save up to 3 height preferences which is awesome, and the riser is steady! I have a monitor, a heavy work lamp and a phone. Not to mention a bunch of little things on my desk, and it rises smoothly without worry of something falling off. If i had to put some cons to this purchase, i would say its the fact that the L part of the cabinet has no decorative backing. If its up against a wall, its not an issue. The other thing would be how narrow it is. I wish the cabinets were just a little deeper! One of the riser legs goes through the cabinet, so it disrupts the space when it comes to storage. But like i said, for this price, we are already getting plenty!!! Happy with my purchase. Know lets just see how it holds up lol!

To be honest, I was a little worried when I read the reviews about shipping. However, I received my desk about a week after ordering so I was honestly a little surprised it came so quick. My desk came with all the parts and NO damage. I will share...the box is HEAVY! It weighs over 135 lbs., so please have a friend or someone who can lift handy to move your desk in your house or to wherever you would like it. The instructions were clear and easy to follow...but PAY ATTENTION! One wrong move and you may have to start all over again. The only piece I had any struggle fitting together was the desktop and supporting frame had two holes very slightly misaligned, but I was able to easily realign them with a little muscle. However overall, I am very pleased with the quality and instructions. The sit-stand feature works great! The dimensions were dead on with it being 55" in width and 47 and 1/4 deep. At 5' 10" it is a very comfortable height when in the standing position. How I have mine set up makes it a little tight due to spacing in the room, but this was a personal option and would fit spaces big enough to accommodate. The one slight modification I did make was to the rear of the "L" portion of the desk. I wanted my desk facing so I could see out my window and who was coming in the room. The back of the "L" was facing the door, so you only saw the back of the "L" which looked like the rear of any other furniture. To make it slightly more aesthetically pleasing I took a piece of tempered hardboard and put Natural Wood-Grey Wood Contact Paper Peel and Stick Wallpaper on it and tacked it to the backside. It gave it a slightly more finished look. But this was TOTALLY a personal change and not required. Overall, I love this desk, and it is very comfortable and fits just right.

I give zero stars. I purchased this desk in March 2026, and I have been trying to reach customer support ever since with no real resolution. The only response I receive is that someone will contact me, but no one ever follows up. The desk does not work properly. It will go up, but it will not come back down unless it is in reset mode. When that happens, you have to wait for it to go all the way up and then come back down on its own. The buttons do not function properly, so I cannot adjust the desk up or down when I actually need to use it. After reading other reviews, I really wish I had seen them before making this purchase. It would have saved me money, frustration, and a lot of time trying to get help. Please save yourself the trouble and do not buy this desk.

My husband, who handled the setup, noted that virtually no guesswork was involved. Once assembled, the desk is impressively sturdy. The L-shape design provides exceptional stability, even when I’m working in the standing position. Functionally, it exceeds expectations—the motor is smooth, and the programmable height settings are perfect for my 5'2" frame, which can be hard to find. The only minor drawback is the finish on the back of the L-return. Arrived with a cracked shelf board. A starburst size of a fist. Worst of all I didn’t catch it until mid build. 3/4 complete and I had to continue with the finished product. Cracked because it was packed incorrectly. It’s hidden under files boxes covering it up, but it’s still there. lol. Overall I build it myself with patience and time, no rush just carefully assembled. Lifts smoothly and my Wife loves it. It was her birthday gift. She was surprised and works well with her business. Quality control missed the damage. Oh well.

I absolutely love this desk. It’s stylish, sturdy, and was incredibly easy to assemble. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a modern, functional addition to their workspace. I also want to highlight the amazing customer service I received from the GoodGoodStore. There was an issue with FedEx where only one of my packages was delivered, and the second package ended up stuck in a transit loop for several days. After looking into it, I discovered the missing package had been sitting in the warehouse and hadn’t been loaded onto a truck. When I reached out to the GoodGoodStore, they responded quickly and were extremely helpful. They communicated directly with FedEx and got approval for me to pick up my package from the warehouse, which resolved the issue right away. Their support was prompt, professional, and genuinely appreciated. Because of both the quality of the product and the excellent customer service, I will definitely shop with them again.
