There was a bit of damage that I am addressing with the seller, but even with that I am giving this product a 5 star review. The desk is going to take some time to put together. Set aside a couple of hours to assemble it, but the result of putting all those parts together is a really sturdy well made desk. I was skeptical that the materials would be of quality given the reasonable price tag and am pleasantly surprised. The use of space is great, and it is comfortable to sit at with plenty of space in front of the monitor stand and the addition of the “L” with drawers allows me to keep the desk top clear. Another reason for a 5 star review was the instructions. They were clearer than any “build your own” guides I’ve seen. Each step of the assembly had its own page with images, and showed the materials and fasteners that would be needed to complete it. The fasteners were all in their own individual bags labeled with letters that helped to easily identify each of them, and the instructions called them out by letter and image for each step. I’m really impressed with this desk — it looks even better in person than in the photos. The farmhouse style is clean and modern, and the brown finish blends nicely with the rest of my home office. The layout is perfect for a smaller space, and the L‑shape gives me plenty of room to work without feeling cramped. Assembly does take time, but the instructions are clear and every piece is labeled, which helped a lot. Once everything was tightened, the desk felt sturdy and solid. The drawers slide smoothly, and the file drawer fits multiple sizes (Letter/Legal/A4), which is a huge plus. The built‑in power outlet is super convenient for charging my laptop and phone, and the LED light strip is a fun bonus — especially with the app controls and color options. I didn’t expect to use it much, but it actually adds a nice ambiance. Overall, great value for the price. Plenty of storage, great design, and a solid build. Bought two of these for a very small office that needed multiple workspaces for the family. I hoped that maybe one of them could be reversed with the storage on the left (aesthetics) but no such luck-everything is predrilled. Appearance- clean and simple. Instructions- easy to follow and all bags were clearly labeled. One item was stored in the box with the electrical outlet needed for steps 7 and 23…didn’t think to look there until later so pull everything out and line it up before you start assembly. Tools needed are included but if you have a ratcheting wrench with interchangeable heads…might work better. Also, some of the screws are a little hard to get started since the pre drill doesn’t really go into the boards. Shelf assembly seemed wobbly until the final step on the back of the instruction packet…that one should be done before attaching the desk surface. My only complaints, not having a ratcheting tool, my wrist was sore after assembly for a day but I assembled it alone. My other complaint, also a request- please, please, please make this available with storage on the left…I would purchase another one. ... show more

Love the color. Love the materials. And the instructions were surprisingly easy to read. Every bag was clearly labeled. With two people, it took us around 2.5 hours for construction. (Not including unboxing.) all the holes lined up, and we didn’t have any alignment problems. It’s sturdy, and it holds my two extra large monitors with ease. The LED strip is actually cool, you download an app and it pulses with whatever music you have on your phone. Optional though. And there is a functional outlet included with the desk, which is perfect. I have a small space, and the L shape worked great for my laptop to sit on the side. The drawers went in nicely and they aren’t too shaky. I’m very pleased with this, considering the low price. 10/10. ... show more

Purchased this desk to fit a small space but still needed alot of storage. It fits both requirements perfectly! I work from home and there is alot of storage! 1 smaller sized drawer and 1 large bottom filing cabinet type drawer, two large deep shelves underneath and still room to fit a small 2 drawer file cabinet under the desk if it is needed. The upper shelf holds my monitor, lamp and odds and ends. It also has 2 USB ports under the upper shelf as well as 2 regular plug ins. If you need alot of desk space but have little room this desk is perfect! The under lighting is also a fun little feature with many different controls, the button is confusing as there is not a labeled button for different modes so you just have to keep clicking until you settle on one but it adds a fun touch or works as a night light! Downside was it took me roughly 4 hours to assemble the desk. Seems very sturdy and easy to clean. I use a Clorox wipe and it works great. ... show more

Couldn’t believe how easy the instructions were. You can absolutely do this all by hand but if you have a powered screwdriver it will definitely save your hands from hurting. It arrived with no scratches. Seems pretty sturdy and I was so worried the drawers were going to look wonky because they never align properly but this had absolutely no issues and me drawers came out awesome! ... show more
