This desk definitely makes you earn it during setup. There are a lot of pieces, and by the end of about 3 hours my back got a serious workout 😅 — but once it was fully assembled, it felt worth the effort. The desk looks great in person. The farmhouse style is clean and modern, and it feels solid once everything is tightened down. The length is excellent and gives plenty of workspace for a multi-monitor setup. Height is just right, and overall it looks sleek in a home office. Storage is a big plus. The drawers are roomy and well built, though I personally would have preferred more drawers on the left and right sides instead of the open shelving. Still, there’s ample space to organize gear, books, and office essentials. One important heads-up: monitor mounts. This desk has a full backing along the rear edge, so standard clamp-style monitor mounts won’t fit. My mount was a no-go. If you rely on a clamp mount, either plan for a different desk or make sure you have a compatible grommet or alternative mounting solution. Width-wise, it’s standard, but I do wish it were a few inches deeper. Without a monitor mount, the screens sit a bit closer than ideal. Not a dealbreaker, just something to be aware of. Overall, despite the long assembly and a few design tradeoffs, I really like this desk. It looks great, offers solid storage, and feels like a strong upgrade once it’s in place. -ManifestFTS

This double desk exceeded my expectations! I bought it for my home office so my wife and I could work side-by-side, and it's been perfect. There’s plenty of space for two monitors on each side or one large 36 inch, and we still have room for notebooks, coffee, and other essentials. The design is sleek and modern, and it really pulls the room together. Assembly was straightforward, and the materials feel sturdy and high-quality. It doesn’t wobble at all, even with both of us working at the same time. There’s also a shared storage in the middle that’s perfect for storing supplies or décor.

The desk as a whole is great, and will for most people. Here's some pros - all the pre drilled holes were lined up well - there were extras for all the various kinds of screws and dowels - the foam pads help keep the desk level - once put together it's easy to move but also rigid/strong - instructions were easy to follow and only took a few hours to accomplish with a drill. I recommend using one because otherwise it's A LOT of screws to tighten Cons - the desktop is 3 separate pieces and it's a little misleading from the ad. Some pictures barely show it and others clearly show a singular 8 ft board. (This is why I took off a star) - it took a little coercion to get the desktop to go into place on the desk and required loosening up some bolts first to get it into place. - I was able to scratch mine fairly easy but it's mostly my fault (make sure the surface you work on is free of any debris) - the depth is only 20 inches and was too shallow for me in the end. If you don't need the depth then this shouldn't be a con for you. Ultimately I removed the desktop that came with it and replaced it with a 8 ft x 2in x 25 in butcher block because I needed the depth. I think if I had a simpler setup I would be much happier with the original desktop. For the price you are getting a pretty awesome desk and with some modifications it's even better. One photo includes shows the desktop original in pieces and the other is the finished desk with my custom butcher block bolted on.
