Love my new desk. Instructions are excellent but it still took me 4.5 hours. Because it was going upstairs, I had to open the boxes downstairs and carry the pieces upstairs a few at a time. I needed my partner to help on a couple of steps that needed two sets of hands but overall I’m extremely pleased. Great desk for a low price. I used my electric screwdriver. This desk is well made and sturdy. Not a quick project to assemble. I'm glad we put it together in the room where it is being used, so we didn't have to move it! Recommend that the pieces be unpacked and lined up in order (there were 42 but they are numbered). Follow the 72 steps in order. There is a reason for everything. It took us 5 hours start to finish. It was definitely worth the effort. All of the pieces were well packed in the box, including a few extra dowels and screws which is always a good idea, and all of the pieces fit together perfectly. All fasteners include a few extra pieces or more which is a relief because there were a few defective fasteners present. Product finish feels and appears very durable. The instructions were not very useful. Took 3 days trying to figure it out and nothing worked. So I have the big drawer on the top and the little ones on the bottom. That was the only way for everything else to fit into place. Other than that it looks alright
