I went from having a fat billfold wallet where I kept stashing receipts and cash, to carrying just my cards and ID loosely in my pocket. I did that for a few months so I knew I was ready to a minimalist wallet such as the Secrid slim wallet. Things I like: Feels like good leather. Great color (vintage chocolate). Cool card pop up system works as advertised (this will definitely get some attention!) Couple extra pockets inside for infrequently used cards. Fits comfortably in my front pocket, even with my keys. Dislikes: Not much. I can probably do without the plastic bill holder inside. It does feel kinda cheap, and it creates a little gap between the leather and the aluminum case right along the fold. It's definitely not a deal breaker as it's still a clean, sleek look. I'm also worried about about the durability of the glue used to attach the case, though I've seen enough reviews from people who have had their wallets for years who haven't had issues. I did have second thoughts about getting the slim over the mini. The slim may not feel as rigid and secure without the button to hold everything together, but it makes up for it with a nice clean look and slightly less bulk. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase. It was also nice to get it here for slightly less than directly through Secrid. And no, it's not a fake. I was able to register the product with Secrid and a certificate of authenticity was produced using the serial number on the wallet.

Returned for the mini version for the included clip. This one had a hard time keeping the flap closed as there really isn’t any resistance. If you imagine that being a problem definitely go with the mini.

So far so good. Love this thing. Have 4 CCs (2 are embossed) and my real ID license in the aluminum protector. Fits snug, but not too tight. The image shows it with two other cards in one leather slot, and two more cards in the other leather pouch along with 17 bills. So yeah... add more and ANY wallet will get thicker. But it sits very comfortably in a front jeans pocket. As you can also see, with the aluminum on top, it does not open on its own. Flip it over it will. Put it in your pocket, it won’t. Put your most used cards towards the back or front as they are easier to grab when lifted out of the rfid protector. The leather IS soft and supple like any fine leather should be. Any support to the leather is provided by the aluminum structure. Any support to the leather while open is from the cards alone. To add rigidity to the leather means introducing more thickness. No thanks. Would totally buy this again. Love the brown.

Buyer beware! This is a very solid wallet. Very functional, sleek, and innovative. After approx 5-6 months my cards began sliding out of the wallet, whenever I picked up the wallet upside down. So, I contacted SECRID for a repair or replacement. Sent them a video, requested photos, and a copy of my Amazon receipt. They confirmed the wallet is indeed defective and appears to be a genuine SECRID wallet (based on serial number). But, they cannot replace the wallet under warrantee because SECRID says “Amazon is a counterfeit vendor for the SECRID wallets”. The best they could offer is a repair iod the wallet at my expense. This is not the experience I expected.

I'm really enjoying how easy this makes accessing my credit cards. Even though I use Apple Pay from my phone wherever I can, there are still plenty of places that I shop regularly that aren't set up for it, so having a front-pocket wallet that can spit the cards out definitely is better than digging them out of too-tight pockets in my old front-pocket wallet. I would have liked it if it could hold one more card, but I can't complain--it holds all of the cards that I use 98% of the time. As my current cards get converted to non-embossed, I should be able to add one more. It's also a bit thicker than my old front-pocket wallet, but still slim enough to fit in the pocket without causing problems.

Its compact size makes one of the smallest wallets out there with RFID, and the trigger mechanism for your cards which feels very well made. Small pockets to fit small business cards as well as a holder for receipts, was well thought out and has proven to be quite useful for holding a minimal amount of bills. I would also note that the leather on this feels quite genuine as you could tell from exquisite leather smell right out of the box. I'd expect no less that it ages beautifully after a couple of years. Overall, it feels premium for its price, which is still on the expensive side for a wallet. But I wouldn't have any regrets, moving from the constant frustratuon of fidgeting with cards you have on a traditional wallet, to the convenience of just 'shooting' it out in a second on this one. Which also makes it one hell of a conversation starter from the attention it brings.
