This amphibious, speedy, durable, well made remote control vehicle was an utter delight to its 7 year old recipient. It was responsive from a considerable distance, moved like a champ in water, and zipped along on all land surfaces - grass, dirt, asphalt, sidewalk. Neat idea and car is easy to use, however we only were able to use it twice (inside only) before the remote completely stopped working and wouldn’t sync to the car. Changed batteries multiple times, everything fully charged. Additionally, connecting and disconnecting the battery pack in the vehicle is incredibly difficult as the pieces are small and hard to squeeze maneuver- and you have to charge the car often.
