I am a 26 waist, around 34 hips and typically wear a small in bottoms. I'm 5'4, 120lbs. PROS: -really does make your booty look so good! -workout proof aka sweat proof( take it from someone who sweats a ton, even when I do not workout) CONS: -does give you a wegie sometimes, even more on squat days or biking -Since I'm between a small and medium, I got a small but should have gotten a medium as my hips were a little too big for a small -belly area is also tight, so again recommend sizing up OVERALL: size up for a more breathable and comfort level, it is tight fitting, so trust me you will thank me
