  • Looks fun.
Love the premise of this but have not played it yet as it's a gift. Will update once we play because I'm sure the kids will beg to play it as soon as they open it! So far it looks fun! Edit- ok this game was a lot of fun to play! Once you finish the missions you sort of finish the game so that stinks BUT it comes with a book to keep searching for more things so that's very cool. That will keep you busy with the game much longer. The kids LOVED this game . They love search and find puzzles so this was perfect for them. ... show more

  • Fun for Younger Kids Too!
I bought Search Party: Chaos at the Park for a family game night, and it was a huge hit with my kids (2, 4, and 6). They were engaged the entire time! They loved following the characters through the amusement park attractions and solving the little mysteries. The 3D element made it even more exciting, as they felt like they were truly in the park exploring! The missions were simple enough for my younger kids to understand but still challenging enough to keep them focused. They especially enjoyed using the mini magnifying glass. This game is recommended for ages 8 and up, but my younger kids were able to play along with minimal help from us. I would have to give them clues sometimes but that comes with the territory for them at their ages. I highly recommend Search Party for any family looking for a fun and interactive game that’s easy to learn and can be played over and over again! ... show more

  • Fun for the young ones 5 to 6, 7 years old
I mean it’s fun for the young ones, my daughter’s 9. She got bored with a pretty quickly memorized everything and it wasn’t no fun anymore, but is fun for the young kids you know 5-6 it was fun playing with it the first two times it made my daughter happy It’s nice to have an adult that’s available to help them along if they’re 5-6 years old that you know not a good read and understanding how far as a young kid playing it by themselves I don’t think it’s happening ... show more

  • fun game, lost stars for replayability and customer service
Fun game, easy for my 3 and 7 yr olds to play together while I read the clues. Good for kids who don't like competitive games. Unfortunately one card was missing from our decks, sent an email through Amazon to the company to see about getting just the missing card, but since it was purchased through Amazon they said nothing they could do about it. Not worth returning for 1 missing card especially since it's not a re-playable game, I guess I'll just cut my losses. ... show more

  • Fun for kids and adults
There are multiple mysteries to solve! This allows you to pace the games, so you don't have to do each mystery one after the other. Also, the kids love the "find ___" book that comes with it (like where's Waldo).

  • Well made, a bit boring
This game is very well made. The pop-up function is very easy and does not require set-up. The board itself is very sturdy (nicer than a typical board game like Monopoly). The cards for each quest are color-coordinated and numbered ( eg 3/6) which is really convenient for making sure you have all the cards you need and separating out the quests. Some real thought went into designing the board and game. Also, the instructions are pretty quick and easy to understand. There are 2 ways to play; one is finding about 300 items hidden on the board which looks a bit more like cartoonish like "Where's Waldo" rather than "I Spy" so it is a bit difficult to see the items which are not very clearly defined. The items are small but you are given a small magnifying glass. The other way is to play is 1 of 15 quests that lead you to the answers. You can play by yourself or with others helping but there are no points or clear winners. We found ourselves huddled over the board trying to find items without much clear purpose. I think you have to be a die-hard I Spy fan to enjoy this and like any seek-and-find game or book, once you have completed it, it really isn't able to be used again since you know where to find things. ... show more

  • Super Fun
My kid is super into seek and find. This was a good gift! It's quick and not replayable, granted, but it's still a good time and not as easy as you think!
