Installed these on a 2017 Ford F-250 with quad halogen. It took a few months for me to find time to get them installed. Once installed three on the four worked great, lower right was flickering on and off. Got a hold of customer service, sent out a new set even though I was out side the return widow. Swapped the light for a new one problem still continued with both new bulbs. Assuming it was a wiring or BCM issue with the truck since it was only one light. Did diagnostics and continuity tests, boiled it down to a headlight controller issue. Replaced the headlight controller, the problem still continued, but had now started on both lower lights. Being stumped I reached out to customer service again, turns out I should have started there. They knew right away it was a decoder issue, promptly sent out additional canbus decoders free of charger. Installed decoders upon delivery and the issue stopped and all light work excellent. Very bright, good beam pattern out of the box no indexing needed, fit headlight housing perfectly and tight seal. Cooling fans a very quiet compared to pervious brands I've used, had to put my hand behind them to verify they were running. All in all a great light and excellent customer service. ... show more

I recently upgraded the lighting on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee to the SEALIGHT X4I H4/9003/HB2 LED bulbs, and I have to say, they are impressively bright and perfect for off-road use. My previous halogen bulbs had a tendency to fail annually, prompting me to switch to LED bulbs to avoid the frequent filament failures. Key Features >> Exceptional Brightness: These bulbs deliver an outstanding level of brightness. It's like looking directly into the sun, making them ideal for off-road conditions where maximum visibility is crucial. >> Durability: LED technology in these bulbs eliminates the common issue of filament failure found in traditional halogen bulbs. This durability was one of the main reasons I opted for this upgrade, as I was tired of replacing my halogens every year. >> Easy Installation: The SEALIGHT X4I bulbs were quick and straightforward to install. It took me no time to swap out my old bulbs for these new LEDs, which is always a plus. Sorry to say I do not believe these are Street-Legal in my setup: One important consideration is that these bulbs are too bright for street driving. Their intense brightness can be blinding to oncoming traffic, and lighting up houses with floodlight brightness did not make me popular with the neighbors, making these LED bulbs unsuitable for regular road use. Personal Experience While these LED bulbs were a breeze to install and are fantastic for off-road adventures, their brightness is excessive for standard street driving. I currently use a different set of LED bulbs that are adequate, but I'm still on the hunt for an option that offers the perfect balance of brightness and street legality. I bought this for my 11-16 Ford F350. I've got the stock headlight housings, and was skeptical about how far it would 'throw' the light. I was not disappointed. It's great! The low beams are plenty bright, and the high beams are amazing! 10/10. I paired them with h10 fog lights in yellow, and they are 500% brighter than stock fogs. They also temper very well the 'white' light making it much easier to see in the fog or snow. Overall, I've got no complaints. (Other than Fords stupid process to change the bulbs) They were easy twist in, and had an easy adjust screw, to twist the LEDs by about 20 degrees, so they would be vertical in the housing. Will update if I have problems, but so far, I'm super happy. ... show more

    • Not compatible with my truck!! Complete run around and waste of time & money

Ordered them In January 2024. They shipped on Feb 3rd and arrived on Feb 7th. I installed them per the provided instructions. The lights would light up and do a great job so long as I do not start the engine. With the engine running the leds would slowly blink on and off every 2-3 seconds then after about 15 seconds they stay off. I called the company and was told to email for a decoder. Here is the initial email response I got back: Dear customer, Thank you for your email. This is an automated response to let you know that we are currently out of the office for the Spring Festival holiday from 7th Feb to 17th Feb. During this time, we will have limited access to email and will not be able to respond to your message promptly. If you encounter decoding problem or need replacement, we have replacement or decoders for you. So if possible, please do not return the bulb back to Amazon and use your halogen bulb first. You just need to leave us the following information 1、Your order number and your car year make and model 2、Your light problem 3、Your address Then we can send you decoders or replacement as soon as we see your email after holiday. Thank you for your understanding and I wish you a happy New Year. Best regards, SEALIGHT Service Team I waited and waited... on Feb 23rd I emailed and called about the decoder. The person on the phone verified my make/model/year/etc.. of my truck and that it used the 9008/H13 bulbs. On Feb 28th, I received a package with two sets of decoders. I call them on March 4th to find out which I was to use since there was no instructions included. On the phone I walked through make/model/year/etc.. of my truck and that it used the 9008/H13 bulb and was told they had sent the wrong decoders and were sending out the correct one to me. At the time of my writing this, it is March 14th and there is no sign of the correct decoder so these are of absolutely no use for my truck. ... show more
