  • Absolutely love the camera
Absolutely love the camera! I ordered it last minute before a dive trip two weeks ago. Charged it immediately and read the manual on the way to the airport. Very easy set up. So easy to use underwater for still photos or video. It felt very natural in my hand underwater and the buttons are simple to use. The camera also took awesome land photos. It was easy to navigate back and forth between diving and land mode. I used the WIFI settings to transfer photos ands video to my phone and everything went very smoothly. Extremely durable and just rinsed off in the sink to get the salt water off. Amazing buy! ... show more

  • Good camera when it will charge
Takes very good pictures and is very easy to use underwater. Does not leak or fog up. However I have had two, and both had refused to charge within the first week. Once they fix the charging issue it will be a good camera but presently it is not.

  • Unreliable Charging
My girlfriend purchased a SeaLife micro 2.0 camera with LED Light in September 2016 and gave it to me for Christmas. The next summer she went on her open water and I used the camera for four dives. It was easy to operate and the pictures / video were good. At this point, I was satisfied with the camera. I thought the totally sealed device was a good idea. At the end of November 2017, we went to Cozumel on our honeymoon. We went on a total of six dives. The camera worked fine for the first four dives, but would not turn on or charge after returning from the dive. When plugged in, the charge led would come on as well as the screen and then immediately shut off. Looking online about this problem showed a common problem where the camera would not charge. The problem was stated to likely be poor connections on the contacts of the camera, faulty USB connector – possibly from water, and/or not using the OEM USB cable. After cleaning the contacts according to the online instructions, changing cables, changing charger power supplies, connecting/disconnecting the camera dozens of times, I finally gave up. The last two dives were the best of the trip. Missed taking pictures of a large sea turtle, sting ray, green moray eel, tons of fish, and my wife diving there. Even though we will go reef diving again, I can’t get back the missed pictures of those dives on a special trip. After returning home today, I again tried to get the third and fourth dive pictures off of the camera. After plugging it in, it started charging with the same cable and connector that had not worked previously. I don’t know if this is a one time failure or will happen repeatedly. I am completely dissatisfied and frustrated with this camera. To have a failure such as this with this few of dives and at a maximum of 51 ft is totally unacceptable. I definitely would not recommend this camera to anyone who really wants to have reliability. ... show more

Great Little Camera, that I"m looking forward to using on my upcoming cruise vacation.....I know SeaLife has a excellent reputation for waterproof dive cameras, and this one is there top of the line, with 16 megs of resolution for photos, and 1080P for videos.....

its a great camera. You must read the directions to make clear and rectangular pictures on land. Takes a little bit but it works great for my diving activities. I will add a light when I decide to continuously dive late in the day or deeper than 60' on a regular basis
