My third favorite type of fish after herring and salmon. Gets marinated well, absorbs flavor of spices, amazing texture and overall delicious. Update: price went up $3 per pound in less than a month after I left this review. Not a great price any longer.

Absolutely fresh tasting delicate white fish filets. These honestly tasted as good as fresh. There was minimal moisture loss due to freezing. No freezer burn.
