Its waterproof seams are double stitched and tape sealed and the secure Hypalon roll-top closure is non-wicking to keep contents dry. A D-ring at the closure and base lash loop provide easy attachment points, and are compatible with the Sea to Summit Dry Bag Sling Strap (sold separately). The Sea to Summit Lightweight Dry Sack’s oval base resists rolling, and its low-profile, streamlined shape saves space. A patent-pending field repair buckle can be replaced in seconds with a Phillips screwdriver. Dry bag is available in seven sizes: 1.5 liter, 3 liter, 5 liter, 8 liter, 13 liter, 20 liter, and 35 liter, to carry everything from small essentials to group gear.

I take this thing to every field event I go to (in the military) and it has never failed me. It’s rugged, easy to close and compress and has always kept my items dry even during torrential downpours. It’s very lightweight and makes compressing clothing or other items easy. Can’t recommend it enough

I used this for an Antarctica cruise and it provided the protection I need and was the perfect size. The only downside was it got dirty quickly as the coloring seemed to fade. However unit did the job and was very lightweight to pack.

I absolutely love this bag. I bought it to keep my running shoes separated from the rest of my bag when I'm traveling and it's perfect for that. Knowing that I have a dry bag with me means that I have peace of mind that if my shoes (or anything else) get wet or dirty on a trip, I have an easy way to get things back home without messing up everything else in my bag. Even if my shoes aren't wet, they've always got grit on them after a run, and this does a great job of keeping that mess out of the rest of my gear. The size is perfect for 1 or 2 pairs of shoes (I wear a 10.5), I love the bright color, which makes it easy to spot so I won't leave it behind. It's holding up really well to ongoing use, and more than waterproof enough for this purpose (I would completely trust it for wetter applications too). I filled this item up with air and placed it under a 5lb weight. It remained inflated and sealed properly for three days! If you need to seal something for that long, you are either a sea-farer or a 100 mile ultra-kayaker (if there is such a thing). Sea to Summit has always been my go-to for keeping my equipment and dry goods dry. I trust it so much that I put my $7500 Nikon mirrorless camera with lens in one when I know I can expect rain.
