I am completely happy with this sink, it is really functional, it has two waterfall sources that are perfect for washing vegetables or some small dishes and preventing water from splashing. The glass rinser is excellent, comes out quite strongly and perfectly removes dirt from glasses. The only thing I didn't like was that some hoses are made of not very resistant plastic, and we replaced them with metal hoses to make them last longer, plus it didn't come with an installation manual, but after contacting the seller we were sent a video and a pdf with installation instructions, so if you know how to do it you can install it very well. The seller has been very accommodating, even replacing a malfunctioning part. I am happy with my purchase and really recommend this sink.

Seller never responded after second request on installation. Be prepared to modify something things to install. After completing installation works great.

On our side, the inlet pipe caliber is 3/8, the seller has bundled the adapter on the page, so remember to order the bundle link if you're going to buy that sink. Thirdly, I looked for a lot of sinks on Amazon.com. This is the only sink that is designed to drain on the left side, my countertop is against the wall on the right side, so the left side drain is perfect for my space layout, and the quality of the plumbing hardware is better than expected, this sink was literally designed for me. All in all, I enjoyed the installation process and even like this sink better. This smart sink is a little bit expensive, I was purchasing it for $396.47 USD. Unfortunately I’m out the money because with countertops and plumber schedule the install ATTEMPT was 6 days too late. You absolutely cannot install this with a disposal because the instructions say to remove the drain, and if you do that all of the attachments for the hoses go with it so we had to completely choose a different option. Secondly, all the tubes are plastic and our plumber was not a fan. He said these will absolutely ruin within a year. There was one tube that didn’t even have a clip of any kind. It just was a push on tube and he was definitely concerned about the longevity of the product. I strongly recommend purchasing this product.

It’s a beautiful sink. Instructions are not good. Not designed to work with American plumbing. So some creativity is needed for installation. Worked great for the first month. Flawless. But every couple weeks or so the water pressure drops a bit. So I don’t see this lasting more than a year or two.
