This sink is the best! The cup washer is a game changer. If you've ever had a glass cup break while washing the inside you completely understand. The faucet itself has 3 setting, and then there are the buttons that give 3 other settings. The knife holder is nice as well. The digital screen is amazing. The temp shows up in Celsius, so I guess I'll have to learn how to read that. All the additional trays that come with it are a win as well. I can rinse and cut without making a huge mess. So far everyone who has come over to visit fell in love with it, and want one themselves.

The media could not be loaded. This sink is the worse, a day after it got install the hose for the water leak, so we decided to still keep it and use that option. 2 weeks after the cup rinse fail, and now the main faucet dial shut off fail and the faucet hose also fail. Brand new cabinets and flooring have water damage because of this crap sink.

I am completely happy with this sink, it is really functional, it has two waterfall sources that are perfect for washing vegetables or some small dishes and preventing water from splashing. The glass rinser is excellent, comes out quite strongly and perfectly removes dirt from glasses. The only thing I didn't like was that some hoses are made of not very resistant plastic, and we replaced them with metal hoses to make them last longer, plus it didn't come with an installation manual, but after contacting the seller we were sent a video and a pdf with installation instructions, so if you know how to do it you can install it very well. The seller has been very accommodating, even replacing a malfunctioning part. I am happy with my purchase and really recommend this sink.

It’s a beautiful sink. Instructions are not good. Not designed to work with American plumbing. So some creativity is needed for installation. Worked great for the first month. Flawless. But every couple weeks or so the water pressure drops a bit. So I don’t see this lasting more than a year or two.

The sink it’s beautiful, the hoses and everything are not standard, hard to install and everything leaks. I will be returning for full refund! Not a solid product as of yet! I’m changing my review the company went above and beyond to make it right, they sent me new accessories they said they are going to work with manufacturer to get better accessories put into the original packaging. The sink is beautiful and it does work, and the company made it right.
