I used it in my shower. I inserted the scrubing bubbles and turned it on. The bubbles did not spray. I put in new batteries and it still did not spray. I never got it to work, so I threw it away!!! It was a replacement for one we used for a number of years.

The product doesn't even look like the photo. I haven't had it for 20 days and the cleaner is already gone, even after using it once per day.

This product stopped working after less than 4 months. I've replaced the batteries 3 different time and it still doesn't work. Very disappointed and frustrating after purchasing a new product. It would be nice to get a replacement. Is it too late to get a replacement? If not, just return credit to my account because I have not used this since Feb 25.

I've now ordered two of these and returned them both. Both times they were a different model than the picture, they arrived dirty and in torn up boxes, and they didn't work.

I would of gave this 5 stars, I purchased one in 2012, when I bought my home, AFTER hours of scrubbing the tile an tub an still not getting all the grim an stains out, a friend mentioned this cleaner, so I got 1. TO MY SHOCK!! less then 1 week, my shower looked BRAND NEW!! ever tile, no discoloring of grout, every part of the tub, clean like new! No rusty water stains, or signs of soap scum or build up, every thing looked and felt completely clean, no dirt marks, NOTHING!! bright white, completely clean, LOOKED brand new! Neighbor thought I regrouted, we were shocked how well it cleaned!! After a few month, I notice the culk around tube, was drying out and Cracking, I did redo it an started only spraying cleaner 1x wkly, to keep it clean looking. I also started rinsing the shower walls an tube, an curtain, with plain water, after everyone showered daily, completely removing any an all soaps. An I would use Scrub.an Bub. Cleaner 1 time a wk. That seemed to kept up with keeping it completely clean, without having to do any heavy scrubbing to keep it clean. No one or anyone I no, scrubs the shower top to bottom with heavy cleaners daily, most clean once a wk, or just if it needs it.. I wouldn't recommend using any daily cleaner that sprays on an sits over nite, drying completely b4 rinsing off, only to spray it again. Any heavy cleaner, sprayed on daily and left to dry, I'd think it will eventually eat through anything with the rite amount of time to do so. Using this daily to spray the shower walls and tub if they r bad, it will clean it off with in a wk or 2, maybe a bit longer, only if spraying daily, after shower was used, or you spray down tub and walls to rinse the cleaner from day b4, b4 adding on more the next day, an if it is bad, u must spray it daily to eat thru the stains an rust, and once it starts to break down the stains, it works faster to remove it completely, that is the only time I would advise to use this cleaning liquid every day, anything that does break down an cut thru rust water stains, can an will eat thru ceramic, culking, an even the finish on the tub an or tiles and grout, so I would only recommend using product to clean 1x weekly, or daily allowing to sit over nite rinse off completely and repeat only as many days as needed to remove all stains completely, and not using longer then 30 days straight. Just my opinion, but I think this is why they may of stopped selling this product, u still can purchase same cleaner just in a normal spray bottle, after a shower, u spray or litely mist everything shower walls,tub, curtain, and let sit over nite, rinsing off b4 u take a shower or bath next day. Just like u would the hanging shower cleaner system, I would only do 1x a wk, or if bad or removing rust water stains, u do this daily until stain is completely removed, or cant remove any more of the stains.. Once stains r removed I would only use to maintain an clean 1x wkly, I let it sit on for about 4-5 hrs b4 rinsing completely off, and that has kept any further rust stains from building back up, an keeps the grout nice and white.. without scrubbing at all. This saves on product use, by cleaning 1x a wk! I buy scrub an bubbles shower spray cleaner, I 1st spray tub an walls with water, then mist cleaner over intire tub/shower, letting it sit 4-5 hrs, b4 I rinse completely. This has maintained any futher rust/soap scum build up, from coming back, keeps it looking white an very clean. All without having to heavily scrub at all, cleaner does all the work... unless really dirty from giving dog a bath, lol! When u 1st start using, to remove soap scum, hard water build up, rusty water stains, dirt an grime stains, it may take about 1-2wks, to remove intire stain, if REALLY BAD, it may take about a month, after that if not seeing anymore improvements, it may not ever come off all the way, and I would stop daily use at that point... Please note, if u have hard water rust stains as u do use daily, U will start to see bad streaks b4 it is all removed, the streaks will all come off as it is used daily in a wk or 2, b4 completely coming off, if shower isnt used daily, u will need to rinse cleaner completely off, b4 u mist intire shower again, letting it set tell next day, doing this daily till stains r gone or cleaner has stopped improving things, It may take several days up to a week or two, maybe a month depending on how bad stains r.. But must do daily to remove them completely, eventually ALL RUST WATER STAINS, streak lines will fade completely away, in less then a month, usually only takes 1-2 wks b4 completely gone. (If u do not want to wait, days for this cleaner to start breaking thru and removing all the hard water stains. Here is a lil trick I no... without scrubbing for hrs, U will need rubber gloves, a scrub brush, AN eye protection to, u DO NOT WANT TO GET THIS IN YOUR EYES!! Walmart carries a toilet cleaner called "The works", u can squirt or pour this directly onto the rusty stain, even if u think it will never come off, this will remove all or most of that rust stain... BEWARE, will eat the skin on hands, dont get in your eyes either, and DO NOT USE AS A DAILY OR MONTHLY CLEANER on your tub, it will eat thru the ceramic or finish on the tub eventually! After use completely rinse removing all chemical, b4 bathing in tub. DO NOT USE WITH ANY OTHER CHEMICAL CLEANERS!! Make sure its completely rinsed off b4 use of tub, As it can eat through your skin!!! It will take all rusty water stains off, just by slowly pouring it over the stain, it will run off like it was water, u may need to use a scrub brush litely scrubbing the rust spot to get deeper down to remove the stain. Depending on the surface type it may remove more then just the rust.... on a sink, tub, or shower, it works great, even on glass doors, I wouldnt use on shower curtains, I never have, think it may melt it?? PLEASE NOTE.... this is not made to b used as a daily household cleaner in or on anything but in the toilet bowl, adding it to the water in the bowl... it is very strong!!! "The works" is a toilet cleaner, that is VERY VERY STRONG! AND ONLY MEANT FOR use in a TOILET bowl! IT CAN AN WILL remove, SKIN an paint, and everything else, u dont want removed, if used on things other then in the toilet. If u decide to try this on anything, please make sure room is vented well, and 1st test it on something that dont matter if it gets destroyed. (I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR HARM THAT MAY RESULT FROM USING, THE PRODUCT "THE WORKS" IN ANY OTHER WAY THEN DESCRIBED ON THE PRODUCT BOTTLE, OR ANY HARM THAT MAY RESULT TO U OR ANYONE ELSE FROM USING THIS PRODUCT, IN ANY OTHER WAY THEN THE PRODUCT STATES ON BOTTLE, FOR ITS PROPER USE.. I think 1st one water got inside getting batteries an motor wet causing it to brake.. now I just buy the spray bottle, and after cleaning everything, an everyone takes showers b4 bed, I spray the intire shower walls, tub and inside curtain, just like it would of sprayed when u pushed the button.. cheaper then what they want for unit now, and still works the same way..
