I use this on rental properties and it is amazing. Even some of the more dirty showers/tubs where tenants clearly have not washed the area in months. You can spray it on, it has an off-on twist cap so it won’t leak when put away, leave it for 5-10 minutes and even if all you do is rinse the solution off you’ll see hard to get mildew, scum and grime go down the drain. With a little elbow grease, it will remove all unwanted mold, dirt, etc. It also smells nice- though cracking a window and leaving the door open when in use is always advisable. The foaming action is very impressive. I just spray it on the shower tiles and bathtub, let it sit for a minute, and it effectively dissolves limescale and soap scum with minimal scrubbing.
