Putting these things together are a pain in the patootie. Again, that's on ME because I didn't read correctly. 🤦🏼♀️ You do get the correct number of items, but the little stencils come in a packs of two, heat-shrunk with a second one. So you have to fully detach and then open 18 little packets. There are 2 extra bags, 2 extra scratch-sticks, and a few extra twistie-ties. The twisties aren't the best, but they make do. These are cute little bundles for the kiddos tho, so they do their job. Cheap, a little time consumed to assemble into the clear baggies, etc., but good for goodie bglags, etc.

Last minute Easter gathering invite, received the next day and OMG! The cutest!! It comes with everything and no damages the book, wood pen and a stencils (2 additional wood pen just in case). You have to actually put together the bags and I bought candy and some confetti separately wish i had bought more stuff to add to the bags but once again last minute amazing mini gifts for the kiddos. All affordable!
