Plan on handing out for Truck or Treat. They are individually wrapped and a nice variety. I tested one and it worked great (multiple flashing speeds and turn off) As an adult, my ring finger is 5 1/2 - 6 and ring stretches to fit me.

My son picked these out for his 5th birthday goodie bags for school. They work well but there is no indication that they light up if you didn't already know. I'm sure kids could accidentally figure it out but I went ahead and added a little note saying "I LIGHT UP 🙂"
