Update: I’m updating this review because the company did email me about the problem I was having. They was great at taking care of the problem and decided to send me a new scooter. They could not find the same yellow scooter to send so asked if the light blue would be fine and of course I was ok with that because it’s my daughters favorite color so it couldn’t work any better than that. The new scooter worked just fine. It charges and rides like it should. With the way customer service cared about my daughter having a working scooter I have no choice but to update this review and star rating. It’s nice to see company’s care about their customers. With the way that they worked with me through this I would definitely recommend this company’s scooter. My 3 year old is having a blast. I tried and tried but I can’t get this to work. It feels like something may be broke where you would put your foot. When I first got this scooter I put it on the charger for several hours until it was done charging. Your supposed to put one foot on the paw print on the board and when you kick off it should go. This does nothing. We tried and tried but no luck. ... show more

I ordered this little electric scooter for my granddaughter, and for the past couple of weeks she has been riding it around every single day. She really loves it The handlebar height is adjustable. There are three adjustment positions. So, obviously, as your child grows you can raise the handlebar height to fit them better. This scooter’s battery is quite good. It gets my granddaughter through a full day of riding it around the house/yard/driveway. So, if you charge it every night, you should be A-okay for the next day. If you’re looking for a little electric scooter, I think this one is a solid choice. My granddaughter loves it, and it hasn’t given us a problem of any kind. It has been very dependable so far.     • Great on level surfaces...
My 4 year old has been using this for the past month. I have noticed that when he wears sneakers with an aggressive tread, the sensor button on the deck sometimes doesn't work. Repositioning his feet usually fixes this quickly. The scooter is quite sturdy and durable. The deck doesn't flex or bend at all while I am on it and, for reference, I am almost 130 lbs. It really strains under my weight which is expected since it is designed for kids up to 8 years old. However, it also strains somewhat when my 45 lb 4 year old goes up an incline. It does okay with lower angle grades but we have a steep incline nearby which is almost 15 degrees and he needs to use muscle power for that since the motor isn't powerful enough to climb it. I do like that he has to use some muscle power which helps to keep his activity level up. I think the speed is perfect for his age and right on up to 8 or so. The wheels light up which is difficult for the user to see while riding but it looks exciting to spectators. Overall, this is a great little electric scooter that charges up in about 2 hours and holds a charge reasonably well. ... show more
