I bought this for my teen sons Levy scooter, which is larger around the tube than most scooters because it's where the battery is contained, not under the board. I was afraid it wouldn't fit around but it does. Just barely......but it does and the velcro is strong. It sags downward and swings from side to side when riding a bike, which is annoying and eventually the strap will break, leading to just wasting money.
