I wore this dress to a friend’s outdoor wedding, and I got so many compliments. The sweetheart neckline and knot detail are super flattering, and the smocked waist gives it a comfy but fitted feel without being tight. The sleeves are really cute too—just the right amount of puff without feeling over the top. The fabric is light and flowy, which made it perfect for dancing and staying cool in the heat. I’m plus size and finding dresses that feel both pretty and comfortable isn’t always easy, but this one really worked for me. Definitely keeping this in my closet for more events—it feels dressy but still easy to wear.

I ordered this dress in Emerald Green size XL. I am so pleased with the color, the mid-weight material, smocking, and ruffles! All of those elements of the dress are perfect for me but the fit is not! I anticipated needing to wear a camisole underneath because the front looked to be too low for me. But I did not anticipate the extra room in the front due to the knot front style. I have another dress with a knot front style that works fine for me but this one has more tucks added to fit a fuller bust size. The size chart shows the product measurement for the dress at the bust is 37.01 inches and it is, but the front is not flat due to the tucks/knot style so it just fits me too big. On a whim I tried the dress on backwards -- the back of the dress has a perfect height rounded neck for me. I love the look -- you can't tell the sleeves are on backwards. The dress has no pockets so that does not give it away that you are wearing the dress backwards! The back of the skirt does have a center seam but it looks fine in the "front" when the dress is on backwards. With a jacket or shrug, I can get away with wearing this dress backward! But I do sew so I plan to unstitch the knot design and take the fullness out of the "back" by removing the knot design and sewing a straight (flat) seam up the new "back" of the dress. I am glad I ordered this and glad I tried it on backwards to find a great fit for me!

This is a cute dress with a flattering fit! I love the puffy sleeves and how they have a little elastic to keep then in place and the ruffled edge is super cute. The bustline has a criss-cross type of gathering which is very appealing and there is a stretch bodice underneath down to the waist. I love the A-Line skirt with the cute ruffled bottom. It is flowy and very pretty. The fabric is decently thick but I still wish there was a built in slip for the skirt in case it is see through in the sun. There are no pockets (which I tend to prefer) and this dress lays very nicely. I would 100% recommend washing on delicate cycle before first wearing and dry on permanent press or lower heat setting, mainly because the dress is very wrinkled from shipping and it comes out wrinkle free and beautiful once washed/dried. There isn’t a care tag that I could find, just a size and brand name. I’m still giving 5 stars because I really love the fit and how flattering it is. The burgundy color is beautiful also. This is a beautiful dress for the money. I think it’s a cute style and fits as expected.

Gorgeous color, but not great for large busts or picky fabric people The emerald green color is stunning and the dress has a nice flowy look, but the fabric feels a bit cheap and not super comfortable. The biggest issue for me was the fit in the chest area—if you have a larger bust, it probably won’t offer enough coverage and might feel too revealing. I really wanted to love this, but the fit and fabric just didn’t work for me.

I’m actually wearing this dress as I write this review. It is just so cute and comfy, I had to try it on immediately! Fits like a charm – I ordered in my regular size and it is just great. The sweetheart neckline is very flattering with the fluffy sleeves. The shoulders are loose and allow movement, but the sleeves don’t droop down off your shoulders annoyingly, which is a bonus. The sleeve cuffs are a good size, they keep the sleeve up against my skin, but they don’t dig in to my arms or leave marks or anything. The elastic below the bust has a good amount of stretch to it, and the fabric flows out below from it with a good amount of swoosh. The fabric is thick and not see-through at all. The hem hits about 4” below my knees and I'm 5'9". I'm very pleased with this dress and definitely recommend trying it if you like the style.

I was so excited to receive this dress for an event. However, it just looks frumpy, not at all like the picture. It’s extremely low cut in the bust, but doesn’t have enough support to go bra-less, hence trying it on with a tank top in the photos. It’s poofy in odd areas and tighter around the butt. The elastic in the arms is tight and overall this dress just feels cheap and poorly made. Even the color doesn’t match what the model is wearing. Really disappointed.

This pattern is beautiful and the cut flattering, but the breast portion is very small and and doesn't stretch well enough. If you are a size D or larger, it will not fit well.
