Not tight in any areas. Waist belt is a nice touch. Very flowy. Highly recommend. Material is nice. Doesn't feel super cheap. Not terribly thin like some other brands I've tried. I felt like Cinderella before the fairy godmother or even before the mice helped her with her dress. The fabric is like a cheap tablecloth, just as another reviewer described. I honestly would not even want a tablecloth from that fabric. It was the worst drab, hot and scratchy polyester I have come across since the mid 1970s. There was no flow or give to the fabric. Amazon gift bags would have made a nicer dress. I had several other dresses from this brand in my wishlist, but unfortunately the fabric will keep me from trying any of them. The dress was well made. The elastic at the waist and the cuffs didn't seem to be scratchy or tight. The sash was big enough that it would have covered the elastic waist. The color was close to the picture, but looked dusty.
