Color and texture are beautiful. Wonderful block heal and pointed toe. I usually wear an 8 and read reviews to go 1/2 size up. I did-and the 8.5 are perfect. Now I want the green. 😁

For reference, I’m 5’9 and 150 lbs. I carry the majority of my weight in my upper body and have had skinner legs for my entire life. These boots are so tight around the calf that it feels like my leg is suffocating, while they’re huge around the ankle. Overall, they’re incredibly cute and I don’t regret getting them, but the sizing is sooo off ... show more

These boots are stunning to look at & exactly what I wanted. I loved that they had just a touch of Western style, but are extremely versatile. I typically wear a US size 8.5 in heels and ordered a 8.5; this was comfortable, but I think I could've done an 8. The footbed and ankle area felt roomy. The problem is with the shaft of the boot -- it is way too tight on the calves. The boot would get stuck around the widest part of my calf, causing the ankle to bunch and look awkward. This also made getting them off so hard. I do not have a wide calf; I measured and confirmed against sizing for Dolce Vita boots since they offer standard and wide-calf boots. My calves measure 15" around at the widest spot, well within the standard shaft width for a US size 8.5 -- definitely measure calves before ordering. Also, there is absolutely no traction on the bottom of the boots; I was slipping just walking around my house. While I think the boots look beautiful, this always makes me feel like the boots are cheap & at a retail price of $258, I think they should be higher quality. ... show more

These boots were beautiful and their sale price was the best price! Unfortunately my daughter wanted another pattern so I returned these. The shipping box was better than the Nordstrom's box the other pattern came in. So these were packed nicely and a great product! I would definitely buy from here again!
