I bought this to replace a 10 year old trimmer that finally bit the dust. It works respectably well. It's not the best but it is pretty good. My old trimmer would work fast and made my eyes water as it did it. These however do not make my eyes water but does take some extra attention to get it all taken care if. recently purchased this product as a replacement for one i have had for several years. this is easy to use and clean. the heads are easily interchangeable, and the trimmers work as advertised. For the price this is an adequate purchase.

    • Works okat, but They LIE About Country of Manufacture
It works okay for trimming ear and nose hair but is only adequate for eyebrow trimming. Cleaning is difficult. Changing heads is difficult because it is hard to see the alignment markings, and the instructions are made for morons, consisting of pictures which are not adequate. My chief complaint is the fact that they LIE about where this product is made. I spent the extra money to buy a product i was led to believe came from the United States rather than Communist China. The Amazon page says country of ORIGIN, not country of manufacture, which is technically true since the product is imported from Communist China, sold and shipped within the United States. They are are also very cagey about making it almost impossible to find the country of manufacture, hiding it in the extremely fine print of the instruction booklet. My advice is that since this product is cheap Communist Chinese junk, you might as well save your money and buy any of the cheaper and equally effective products that are honest enough to tell you they are made in Communist China. In other words, there are no advantages to paying extra money for the Schick name. ... show more
