The purse is nice, and the color was the dark teal that I was looking for. However. It came shipped in a thin plastic that it was crammed into, and the handles are creased and funky-shaped as a result. I am keeping it, though, and looking online for ways to remove creases. I do really like the purse, and I know if I exchanged it for another one just like it, it would most likely be shipped the same way. Hoping I can get things straightened out. I love the look and feel of the bag. It looks like it should hold up to use. The color is beautiful. The only down would be not to have a pocket to fit my phone in separately. It is just the right size for me to use for quick trips that I don't want to use my backpack, full size bag.

I have had this purse for almost a year and a half. It has been the best purse I have ever bought. It looks the same as the day I bought it! It's soft but very sturdy. I'm not careful with purses and it has held up very well.

I love this purse and I'll be using it daily. It's the first gray purse I've ever had. It's very soft and the perfect size, not too big and not too small and not heavy. It comes with an extra strap, so you can wear it across your body. There's plenty of room inside., where there's two main zipper pockets and one other smaller zipper pocket inside the back pocket. There are two closing side pockets {perfect for keys or smaller items} and a zipper pocket in the back.
