So pleased I got this scarf! My only problem is that I can't decide whether to use it as a scarf or frame it and hang it as a picture! I chose the scarf with the portrait of the three cats in the laboratory because I thought it was neat. I didn't expect it to be so lovely that I would want to frame the scarf when I got it. The scarf is a very silky textured polyester with the picture printed on one side of the scarf (the other side is white with a shadowy reverse of the front showing through). The scarf is larger than I expected it to be - 36 inches seems more accurate. The fabric is slightly sheer - so that you can see through it to some extent when you hold it up to the light. The quality of the printing of the picture is excellent - clear, and colorful. The scarf doesn't seem to wrinkle when I fold it and didn't hold any wrinkles when I took it out of its' packaging. I do suspect that it is so smooth that if you are wearing it for a scarf that you will have to tie it with a good double knot to get it to stay on. Well, now I have the delightful decision ahead of me as to whether I wear it or whether I frame it and hand it!

I'm committed to full honesty in reviews here, so I evaluate products very carefully before reviewing. This one was complicated, because my first impression was that it was not high enough quality due to being single-sided. Normally, the revelation of a single-sided scarf equals an automatic three-star review. But this one really had everything else going for it, and I ended up giving four-stars on this one. Firstly, this is a little thin, so it's not a suitable head-scarf. However, it drapes more beautifully than the average scarf, being slightly thinner, and it catches the wind and just looks so pretty when it's basically dancing. Heavier material means less wind-catching and less movement while walking, so I found this more appealing as a purse scarf and around my neck than most heavier scarves. Secondly, this is single-sided, which is why it's getting a four-star rating instead of five. It shows, when you look closely or stand closely that it has no printing on the back and has a "wrong" side. Thirdly, this is perfect for a table scarf, for a display, or for a tarot-layout, being so richly colored with a design of three cats in a setting that could have come out of "Hocus Pocus" or "Harry Potter". It's adorable, but also grown-up, and it has a pattern very similar to many of the higher end independent-artist products we see with magic-themed artwork. Overall, this is beautiful and fun and grown-up but also whimsical, and it has the appearance of something that can be used in many ways, from decorating at home to wearing, so I feel that this is a great option for a scarf under ten bucks. I ended up buying another one as a gift, and it was well-received.

I really like this headscarf! I have curly hair that I've been trying to take better care of and i have found sleeping with it up does a lot for my next day curls. This headscarf is a good size for my hair, though if you have long hair it might be a bit harder to get all of it inside. Very soft and super cute pattern.

I always wondered how women kept their blowouts for more than one day until my coworker told me that she rolls her hair up in a bun and puts a silk scarf on. This has actually worked! Very pretty, nice colors. Good quality. I just hand wash and air dry.

This scarf looks great. The fabric is soft yet strong and the edges are finished. This scarf can be used many ways to elevate your look-- on your purse or tote handle, tied around a ponytail or bun, as a neck scarf, placed across the shoulder of your jacket or as a traditional headscarf or bandana. The colors of the black and gray look classy and understated. Good value for $8.
