It shows correct fingering for every scale, and I use it for practicing around the circle of fifths (or fourths) when I practice my scales. I am doing my own self-taught piano lessons (took lessons for a decade as a kid and then lost a lot of skill over the past 15 years). I bought this so that I wouldn't have to think about how to do my scale practice. I am going through all the major scales first (at 80 bpm on the metronome), and then moving on to minor scales after that, which means I have to skip around the book since they list all the major and minor scales together. I'm not sure if there's any reason to do minor and major chords separate or together, so I'm just doing it in the order I did as a kid. I mostly like having this book so that I don't have to put more mental effort into setting up my lessons. ... show more
