This is a very nice hat for golf or other activities where you need to keep the sun off your face, ears, neck, etc. This is actually my second one, as I purchased the first one from a local golf retail outlet that doesn't carry them anymore. So the four stars is for the hat itself. The two negatives. 1. The had does not last a long time and shows sweat stains if you wear it on hot days and sweat. My first one lasted about two years. But then, that's about 75 rounds of golf, so I guess that's not too bad. 2. Amazon's shipping of this product -- as revealed by other reviews -- is bad to the point of being comical. I would give 0 stars for that. My goodness, half the time when you order from Amazon, you end up with some huge box that's about three times the size of your item, and the rest of the box is filled with paper or air bags. But my hat came in a plastic bag and a box that was way too small for the hat. So, taking a lesson from Newman of Seinfeld fame, Amazon just "creases, crumbles, and crams" the hat into the box, and the brim of the hat was bent back upon itself. I've got it sitting on something that is the shape of my head to see if it will revert to its normal shape, but this is really unacceptable shipping. Anyway, really nice hat, but you take your chances with the shipping.

This is the third one of these hats I have bought for my husband. He loves them and looks very debonair in it. The other two were worn out from extensive use - we live in FL so it is Panama hat weather a great deal of the time. These are a fine value, very comfortable and flattering and we will buy more in the future.

This was packaged in a plastic bag with a thin piece of foam and was quite vulnerable to wrinkling and smooshing. Hat was great but wrinkled.
