These sandwich bags are perfectly sized for a standard sandwich with about two inches of room left in height so that the sandwich isn't crushed by the bag. The extra room also makes storing the sandwich in the ziplock bag really simple since you don't have to jam it in. The bag itself is really sturdy and i haven't had an issue with leaking or the seal falling they're super easy to use the seal is really sturdy and they stay closed all day long. I've never seen this bulk case of bags offered before but it's a really good deal you get hundreds of bags for a pretty nice price maybe the price in store is just really high these days but the amount of bags you get is unreal this will probably last is half a year at our current use. The sandwich size is also really useful it's larger than the snack size and fits small sides pretty well like fruits and chips overall it's a pretty versatile size option for when you don't need the quart sized bag. ... show more

I think Ziploc brand sandwich bags are the best because of their seal. The bags with a zipper head aren’t airtight, and the fold-lock style bags don’t even pretend to keep things fresh. These Ziploc bags have the extended tab on one side to make it easier to locate where it opens. They also have the pink & blue on opposite sides that show purple when they’re locked together. They now have a row of raised bumps that provide an “EasyGlide” seal. It really is a design improvement that lets you feel when the two sides are aligned properly. These bags are great for so much more than just sandwiches. They work well for small portions of leftovers, packing child portions of fruit or snacks, and storing miscellaneous household items. I also like the large rectangular opening on each box that makes it easy to reach in and remove bags. My carton of 12 sandwich bag boxes was crushed somewhat, so one row of 3 boxes had broken down sides. It’s easy to transfer the contents from a damaged box to an intact one with that large opening, so it doesn't bother me. This carton of 12 sandwich bag boxes is part of the “Professional” line of SC Johnson (for businesses) so I’m happy it’s available for consumers, too. I like knowing I won’t run out of sandwich bags in my pantry for a long time, and that I’m getting a better value per box/bag for buying in bulk. ... show more

SC Johnson Professional Ziploc Sandwich and Snack Bags do not fit most full sized sandwiches. I can fit half a sandwich in these bags, but not a full one. These are better for snacks. The quality is fine. The plastic bag appears to be thinner than I remember. The bags seal well and are easy to use. These are great for making snack bag chips, candy or nuts. These bags are exactly what you expect from the brand. They are thinner than the heavy duty freezer versions, but they hold a standard turkey sandwich or a handful of pretzels without any issues. The seal has a bit of a texture to it, so I can feel it clicking shut even when my hands are a little damp from washing produce. It is a straightforward product that does the job of keeping a sandwich from drying out before noon. We also use them to store leftover wet dog food. Because the material is on the thinner side, you have to be careful not to poke a hole in it with anything sharp like a crusty baguette. I usually stick to slider bags but these are so easy to use! They’re a bit thin since most people won’t be rinsing and reusing these so I don’t consider that to be a problem. I really enjoyed using these when packing for a trip, it’s the perfect size for segregating cables and other small necessities that can get lost in an overpacked suitcase. The box for the bulk size is really cool too, it opens in a way that you don’t have to worry about getting dust inside while you’re storing them in a garage or pantry.
