They seal tightly and keep leftovers and snacks fresh without any weird plastic smell. These are actually a better bang for the buck than the big store brands. These are just as good as any I have bought at the grocery store. They seal great and are plenty sturdy. No bad comments at all. Nice way to stock up with out having a ton of little boxes with 30 or 50 all over the place.

This reclosable food storage bag is great! It is as good and thick and high quality as the name brand one which I cannot name but we all know whose overpriced products I am talking about. Once sealed you have to open them carefully or the part above the seal tears off making it impossible to open. Consider them a one time use item. Amazon needs to correct this flaw. I will not buy again until the flaw is fixed.

Love these food storage bags from Amazon Basics. I always look for a sale to stock up and these compete with some of the name brand food storage bags. They provide more and I also like the fact they expand at the bottom of the bag so it is easier to fit a bit more in them without stretching the bag or overfilling. They are BPA free and in addition, a good value and feel very durable. The thickness is fine and allow for any food storage to keep sealed and fresh without leaking.
