These have been really useful storage bags for my family and I as I've been able to refrigerate or even freeze food. For some of the bags, I used them as part of my meal prepping process where I can store frozen ingredients and then just pull out a bag of prepped vegetables and liquid seasoning whenever I need the meal. The seals on the bags are solid and strong enough to reliably keep out liquids before freezing. I wouldn't fill up the bags too much, because the liquid expands and can rip the bags. I prepare my own broccoli with cheese sauce servings for the bags and the food has managed to stay fresh in the freezer, even after a few weeks, without any of the freezer burns getting onto the food. Overall, I've been happy with these Ziploc quart bags. The bags are thick and the seal is durable to hold even liquids without the bag leaking after freezing. That little design where there's a flap at the opening of the bags is pretty useful to easily open the bags. I don't have to take the second to try to find the point of separation on the bag. They're, of course, versatile to be able to be used with foods that need to be refrigerated. I've stored sliced up tomatoes and onions to be used for later without issues. After use, I'll still wash out the bags and re-use them later on and I haven't had any issues with the seal degrading or any holes developing in the bags since they're well made. For the value for money, these go a long way, especially since I like to re-use them after a wash.

I'm happy to have 540 bags on hand since I use Ziploc frequently and trust the brand quality. The bulk packaging is convenient for stocking up, but the per-bag cost isn't particularly impressive. I've found similar or better deals when these go on sale at regular stores, so I'd recommend watching for those sales rather than assuming bulk automatically means savings.

These freezer bags seal tightly and stay closed once zipped. The color changing seal makes it easy to tell when they are fully shut. The quart size works especially well for storing smaller portions of meat and leftovers. They are easy to open and close without fighting the zipper. The plastic feels thick and holds up well in the freezer. The bags resist freezer burn better than thinner storage bags. The zipper stays intact even after repeated use. The overall quality feels durable and dependable for regular food storage.

I grabbed this because we go through a ton of these and this is basically a lifetime supply lol. The bags themselves feel like the usual Ziploc quality, not flimsy, the plastic has a nice thickness to it and the seal clicks closed easily and stays shut. I’ve been using them for snacks, leftovers, even freezing stuff and they hold up really well without leaking or popping open. They stack nicely in the box too so it’s not a mess grabbing one, and having so many on hand has been way more convenient than I expected. Price wise it’s a lot upfront but broken down per bag it ends up being a really good deal, especially since I won’t need to buy more for a long time lol!

I use a lot of Ziploc bags, and the quart size is by far the one I go through the fastest. I normally bought the assorted-size packs at Costco, but I always end up with plenty of the other sizes while running out of the quart bags. So having 540 quart-size bags on hand is actually very useful for me. I use these primarily for food storage, and they work very well. The quart size is great for portioning larger packages of food into smaller, more manageable quantities. For example, instead of keeping a large bag of hash brown patties in the freezer and digging through it every time I want some, I can put several into a quart bag and stack the individual portions neatly. I've also used these for liquids, marinating meat, dehydrating and making jerky, and storing things such as smoked fish. I've never had a problem with them leaking, and the seals have been reliable. They're also useful for plenty of things besides food. I use quart bags for organizing small parts, separating different types of USB cables, storing screws and other hardware, and keeping miscellaneous things together instead of having them get lost. A quart bag is just a very handy size for all kinds of uses. The bags are easy to fill, and the top can be folded down to hold the opening open. They can also be made to stand on their own by flattening out the bottom, which is handy when filling them with liquids. I don't use that feature all the time, but when I need it, it works well. These are basically like the tried-and-true Ziploc bags I've used for years. They're sturdy, seal well, don't leak, and the quart size is extremely useful for both food storage and general household organization. I really don't have any complaints about the bags themselves. My only hesitation is the price when I ordered these, the 540-bag case was $105, which worked out to just under 20 cents per bag. I thought that was too much for a bulk package of bags. The price has since come down substantially, and at the lower current price I would consider them a much better value. Prices can obviously change, but I'd recommend comparing the per-bag price with what you can find locally before buying. At the higher price when I ordered, I don't consider them a particularly good value, but the bags themselves have performed exactly as I expected from Ziploc and have been extremely useful.

I've used Ziploc brand bags for years, and this professional bulk pack offers the same high quality I've come to expect. These are true freezer-weight bags, and they hold up very well in the freezer without getting brittle or letting food get freezer burned. The seal is reliable and easy to close securely every time. While this set comes in several individual boxes, I actually prefer to take them out and put them into a storage bag organizer. I was happy to find that they are the standard quart size and fit perfectly into my organizer slots. This is an incredible value for the amount of bags you get. Having 540 bags on hand means I don't have to worry about running out for a long time. If you use these daily for food prep or household organization, this bulk option is definitely the way to go. I'll be sticking with these for the consistent performance and great price.

As a part of my grocery shopping, I like buying meat in bulk from my warehouse club as it's a much better price. However, the real issue is breaking that 50 pound box of chicken tenders into actually usable portions once I get home and before I freeze them! For that, I've been using Ziploc freezer bags for the past few years to great effect. I've tried other bags, but I've had issues with them maintaining their seal, which ultimately means compromising on freshness. These Ziploc bags work great and keep whatever I want stored in my freezer fresh for longer than regular bags. These are quart sized and I tend to use both the quart and gallon size bags depending upon what I'm freezing and what size portion I need. Overall, these Ziploc bags are great option if you're looking to keep frozen food fresh for longer and I think the price is reasonable in this bundle as it is a good bit cheaper than what you'd pay at your local store when you compare the price per bag!

I typically am real satisfied with Ziploc brand bags, but there’s something amiss with these quart bags. The very first bag that I tried using from the very first box that I opened from this case had issues with the zip. I just opened it for filling & the whole one side of the zipper pulled off from the side of the bag. Second bag that I tried didn’t have this issue, but I’m also treating them much more gingerly now. I really shouldn’t have to baby a zip bag, though. Just opened a second box & when I went to pull the first bag from it, the gusseted bottom of the bag was actually attached to the bottom edge of another bag! I pulled them apart & both bags now have holes. Something’s up with these bags. I don’t know if I just got a bad batch or what. Whatever it is, I’m completely mystified by it...I’ve used Ziploc brand bags my whole almost 50 year life & never had any of these issues with them. There’s no explicit statement of where these are manufactured anywhere on the packaging, either. Like, it doesn’t say “Made in USA” or anywhere else, like China or Mexico. Wherever it is, they’re not getting made correctly. Of the bags that I treated gingerly, they’ve been fine. While nothing has freezer burned from the not messed up bags, I’m not sure I’ll bother using them in the freezer anymore. I shouldn’t need to check in on my frozen food. I also shouldn’t have a bunch of throwaways to finally get a good bag, either. I’ll probably just use the rest of the "usable" bags for random stuff that doesn’t fully depend on air tight seals. Can’t recommend these ones, unfortunately. Something’s just not right with them. Bummer too, as the thickness & durability seems good & the size is right...just those dang seals are rough.
