Arrived with the lid detached because Amazon threw my package like a Frisbee. Was easy to fix. Lid was chipped because of thar as well. Bigger than what I thought, but that's perfect. It's matte, so you can see the hand marks over it. Install was ABC 123 with bare minimum instructions.

Good quality stainless construction. Only a few negatives. The end of the toilet paper holder wasn’t straight (so I straightened it). If you’re going to use the sticker option, don’t. The product is too heavy for it. I ended up using some small bolts.

First, the edges are not rounded off. We have a 4 year old and there is a very high probability that she or any of us could cut ourselves on the neglectfully cut edges of the box. The only think I can think of that could be more dangerous is splitting an empty aluminum soda can and leaving it on the table. In addition to that, the mechanism to hold the toilet paper roll on the box is just not smart. So there aren't any instructions to attach the arm, but from what it look like, you place the screws in the two holes inside of the box, you then attach the adapter to the bottom. At this point you snug the screws so that the adapter is flush to the bottom of the box, then push the arm onto the adapter. Then it looks like your supposed to tighten the screws so that the adapter widens and put inside pressure on the arm piece to hold it into position. Maybe I'm doing it wrong, but any moderate pressure pulls the arm off of the adapter and box. Again, having a 4 year old, we don't have the luxury of using it because she would be pulling the toilet paper holder arm off of the box, making it worthless. The other frustrating thing is that we are unable to return the product. They do have an email and phone number to call the manufacturer, but no way to return through amazon. ... show more
