Bike was smaller than imagined. Instructions were to a motor that wasn't on the bike. Pull handle broke on the first time pulling to start the bike. Chain popped one minute after riding and continued to pop! After we shut off the engine..the bike WOULD NOT START AGAIN! We've been trying to start the bike after my son rode it for a total of 15 minutes the very first time, and thats with him fixing the chain, it just WILL NOT START..its Jan 3 ..he opened on the 20th ..still hasn't started. Getting my refund has been the biggest hassle! They want a video of the bike not working but the video has to be 6 seconds or less or it won't send because of MB ! I've sent 4 videos and they received one Not worth the time or money Especially if it's defected ... show more

the product was amazing at first maybe about a hundred yards in but as soon as I accelerated to only 30 miles per hour downhill the chain broke causing me to fall and get badly hurt.... the chain is not really good on this bike better get a new if you're planning to buy this

Pros- It’s got decent power for size! Cons- It came scratched up along frame, gear box,& fork! The front tire axle holes weren’t drilled even / straight. Had difficult time installing front tire. The exhaust pipe welding job was cracked! Up at the mount that bolts to the engine. Every nut and bolt wasn’t torked down. I’m calling company after this review is down to see what they have to say. Maybe my review will change when I call customer support! I will give them a chance to make right! ... show more

i bought this bike two months ago. it runs great, and the top speed i clocked in 40 mph full throttle down hill. the chain broke along with the gear ripping out of the wheel. their customer service was great, i told them about my issue and they sent me replacement parts the next day. it took about two weeks to arrive, all in all it is a very nice bike. ... show more
