Defective batch?

Start with customer service was a huge help. I got a full refund for this. I’ve been using saviland for 10 months. Love it. I’ve tried one or two other brands and nothing has compared to this. These usually last me 2-3 weeks with no issues. I ordered this set and another a few weeks ago. Both seem to be a defective batch. I cured one from my old batch and it was perfect. Cured one from this and it just broke. Looks kind of chalky on the inside. So it’s not my UV light. It wasnt expired either. This being the 2nd order that’s been bad. I think i will try one more time. If the next one is bad I’m going to start looking into other brands.

Too small to complete.

The quality was very bad. The tubes have about 1 set in them if that. If you like them thick and sturdy this product will not enough. I liked it brought all the pieces but overall just not worth the energy.

Do not recommend if product touches your skin, causes painful irritation to skin. Do not recommend. Not easy to use, it’s very sticky and not beginner/DIY friendly. I wish I had never used.

The gel was hard to use and would not come out of the tubes easily. Not really what I was expecting. Will not be using and was disappointed in the quality.

Yeah, it's a no for me. I give it an e for effort. It's sticky, the lamp is weak, take a a long time to cure. It could be me, because I'm a first-time then poly gel, but it is not for me.

Colors are dull, opaque, and do not glow in the dark
The colors are more pastel than vibrant. They are semi-see through unless you build the nail thick. They also only really glow in the dark right after being exposed to UV or natural light and this doesn’t last longer than a few minutes.

Not as shown in picture was missing the white color, the colors does not match the color that was sent is pink, the pink and white is shown on advertisement for this product, the white color was not in there very disappointed
