I love the pigments, the files, the cuticle oil, and the acrylic/monomer. They're great quality and I was able to make a few cute sets out of them. I did use up the monomer really quickly, and I'm not terribly fond of the tools (brushes), but I have others, so this was no issue. The majority of this set was good quality, but some of the items are a bit flimsy and easy to tear up (toe separators, definitely). All in all, this is a phenomenal set for a beginner, someone that's been doing nails for a while, like myself, might not be crazy about some of the products, and likely wouldn't use them all on clients, but for getting familiar with doing nails, and learning, this is better than good enough, and has everything you need to start out your nail journey. The lamp leaves something to be desired. It's not strong enough to fully cure gel polishes, even the polishes that come with this set, so use with caution, or only use it to flash cure, then do a "full bake" with a full sized lamp. Undercured gel is causing SO many gel allergy issues, and isn't something that should be taken lightly. I personally feel like it's a bit irresponsible to include such a small lamp, without any sort of warning. I strongly advise against using only this lamp to cure any gel polish. Just because you don't have a gel allergy right now, doesn't mean you won't develop one, and once you do..you're in trouble. It's not a risk worth taking. I've done multiple curing tests with my swatch wands, and the lamp came up short on a full cure with every color, but especially darker colors. It may look cured, and feel cured, but the middle was not, no matter how long I cured them. If you're using this set for the acrylic alone, and don't need to cure, you're going to be perfectly pleased with what's provided. Have fun, but above all else, be safe, and be sanitary!

This kit has everything you need to practice. While the quality and longevity is not nearly as good as a pro brand, the price is right for those who are still practicing.
