I know you keep seeing this but, this is actually perfect for a beginner! I was super skeptical but went for it anyway. I had my nails done professionally a few weeks ago and it was time to fill them. Decided I didn't want to spend $30-60 to get them filled in so I tried my luck with this product. At first, it was clumpy and I thought I had wasted my money, but then I decided that maybe I had not wet the brush enough, turns out that's exactly what the issue was. I let it sit in the liquid a bit longer and even wet the brush after applying the acrylic to help smooth it out better. I was really please with how it came out! Next I dried it with a nail light and shaped it with a nail drill. Finally painting it with the gel nail polish that I also purchased from Amazon. As far as I am concerned, it looks close enough to a professional job that I will NEVER, pay to have my nails done again! The only disappointment is the size of the product, but, it doesn't take a lot of product to get the job done so that isn't a huge deal. Overall, I am very satisfied! I'll add some before and after pictures to this review.

I have recently gotten back into doing my own nails full time, so I wanted to try a cost effective solution. The powder actually has a smooth finish, it’s great for beginners, is a quick drying solution, but slow enough for beginners to manipulate the powder. Also, the brush in here was awesome. Most beginner kits give you a size 8 brush, but this kit included a size 12 which is the perfect size when beginning to do nails. I definitely recommend this kit!

It was my first acrylic kit so obviously im gonna not be amazing at it. It was pretty easy to use and the only issue I have is with the colored acrylic as it had a different texture from clear.

Good value, good quality. I’m not a pro and wanted to skip the salon because I’m busy… they came out great. The instructions were clear and it’s pretty simple. I won’t keep doing it because I’m too lazy and will go back to the salon… but it’s nice if you want to do your own. Just don’t forget to buy the separate gel or paint that makes the acrylic adhere to your nails… they won’t stay on without it.

Everything in the box was in the picture however the picture clearly shows the acrylic powder is .5 ounces however the bottles I received are only .35 ounces. My daughter bought this with her own money so she's bummed the powders are smaller than the picture shows.
