Why didn't the polish burst after 5 minutes? I feel like it doesn't work. For the best and fastest results, you must file off the top coat completely before applying the remover. If the top coat is not removed, the liquid cannot penetrate the gel or acrylic layer. Why does it take long time or require multiple applications to remove my gel/acrylic nails? The removal time depends on the thickness of your nails and how well the top coat is filed. For gel polish, 1-2 thick layers after filing are usually enough. For thick acrylics or dip powder, the formula works by breaking down layers sequentially. Can this kit remove heavy 3D sculpted gel flowers or thick acrylics? Yes! But 3D gel flowers and thick acrylics are highly hardened. Clip or file off the bulk 3D art/thickness first. Once you reach the flat base layer, apply the remover gel to dissolve the rest easily without wasting product. It doesn't work well on my 3D nail art or thick gel. What should I do? For 3D art or thick gels, physical filing is essential. File down the bulk of the thickness first. Then apply a generous layer of remover. Very thick nails may require repeating the "apply, wait, and push" process 2-3 times.

I honestly think the bad reviews are user error. I say this because I got my acrylic off smoothly and didn’t hurt my nails. I think you just need to follow directions to a tea. Because it really does work and I wasn’t sure it would when I got this product. Just avoid your skin as it burns which is expected if you make skin connect. It’s chemicals that take off acrylic nails. And my nails are thin as well and I had no problem! I think it is also preference on this product as well!

Works Well but Be Careful with Sensitive Skin

This acrylic nail remover worked surprisingly well and made the removal process much easier than expected. The kit includes helpful tools, and with a little patience, it helped loosen the acrylic without excessive filing. It saved me time compared to other methods I’ve tried. The only downside is that it irritated my skin a little when it came into contact with the area around my nails. If you have sensitive skin, I recommend applying it carefully and avoiding contact with the skin as much as possible. Despite that, it did its job and was effective at removing the acrylic.

I do nails, so this product is really good. I would say it's one of the best removers I have tried. I use it to remove glue on soft gel applicators, and it works quite well, and I've used it very successfully to remove acrylic extensions, so I really like this product and it's very easy to use when trying to safely remover your nails without damage done to your natural nail bed.

Amazing stuff! I went to a nail salon for the first time and tried to tale my nails off since I couldn't keep then. I tried soaking in pure acetone for hours. These nails dod not come off. Tried hot water and dish soap, and nothing. Got desperate and got this remover. It works! Strong stuff.

Do not buy. You’re better off just ripping the nails off yourself. It does make it gummy but the finest top layer and takes hours to fully eat away at the acrylic. It stinks and it burns if it touches your cuticle at all. Completely ruined my nails. I’m telling you, just take some floss and work the nail off.
