I didn't look at the reviews before buying this product and I really should have. Only 1 of the original pack worked, so of course I requested a replacement. The replacement arrived quickly but absolutely none of the replacements worked. In fact one of them popped completely apart when I tried to use it. The smell of the one that worked (lemon) was alright but weak and the one that popped apart (lily) was a bit strong. They look cute but aren't worth it.

*Update: Exchange process was easy and new pens have very minimal leaking and still work as intended! My cuticles feel baby soft!!* (Will update when replacement arrives) I really want to love this product! Every pen in the package was defective though :( The dispensing mechanisms just simply did not work to dispense the product resulting in a huge mess. I didn't read the reviews before purchasing, apparently this is a common problem with this product. I have processed a return and should be receiving a replacement so fingers crossed!

**The pen will work if you wiggle the brush tip off before twisting. Then poke the ball on the inside of the brush tip with a pin or one thing similar. Replace brush and twist, oil will dispense. ** Thank you to the reviewer that suggested this. The oil itself does the job and with a variety of nice scents. Unfortunately 2 out of 6 pens broke before I came back to the Amazon listing to ensure I was using them correctly. Went straight to twisting the first pen after opening the box. Pen 1: twisted and twisted with no oil dispensed; eventually the brush tip popped off the pen. Had to toss it. Pen 2: twisted and twisted until the wheel at the bottom stopped working; no oil dispensed. Ultimately, when purchasing a product like this, it should work straight out of the box without having to fuss with it. However, not a total waste thanks to one reviewer.

The oil works well, the scent is nice, but 2 of the 6 tubes would not work. The oil never came out of, no matter how long I twisted the tops. The "gear" that moves the plunger down seems stripped and simply will not move down to push the oil out. I eventually threw those away. When they work it is nice.
