Using this really elevates a home mani pedi. I do one nail at a time because 15 to 20 seconds is how long it should sit before it starts to erode the living part of the cuticle area. I use a tool to push and pull the softened tissue away and I do this gently to avoid getting a groove in the nail. I know cuticles protect the nails from bacteria, but I love how my hands look without cuticles and it’s so easy to do at home on the cheap. A bottle lasts over a year.
