I think I stopped biting my nails about two months ago, around the time I bought this oil to help repair my flimsy nails. I was using this oil for about three or four weeks after I was slowly starting to stop biting my nails. I noticed my nails getting stronger and growing longer but I still kept biting them so it slowed my process. I noticed the oil also helps repair damaged skin near your nails. It's great and it reallly helped :)!
