I'm just wondering if these are REAL Sauconys. I've had several pairs of cohesion from Saucony & my feet normally sing when I put them on. Neither pair I ordered feel like any other pair of Cohesion that I've ever had. The material & quality seems much cheaper. The shoes actually look like Kmart athletic shoes with a Saucony brand. They both are a tad bit smaller than my previous Cohesions...this should not be the case as I've lost 85lbs & my feet are smaller also. This is the 1st time I've ever ordered Saucony from Amazon & I will probably never do it again!!! So if you are familiar with Cohesion don't order these...you will be disappointed!!!! They LOOK like Saucony....but as I said previously...the quality, material, sizing, and comfort are NOT what you traditionally get with the brand. ... show more

    • New Cohesion model has defective design

I have worn Saucony Cohesions for years. I have high arches, narrow heels, and bunions. Some genius at Saucony added 2 'straps' from the forward END of the lacing area to the sole. These newly added straps now make this shoe excruciatingly painful for anyone with bunions. Each time I attempted to wear these new ones, I further loosened the laces. It was only when I saw 1of the new next to one of my old Cohesions that the problem became obvious... and that was after my Amazon return window had closed. By reusing the Cohesion name and increasing the number, Saucony leads you to expect a similar fit. Sorry - it's not true. ... show more

I can't believe I am saying this about Saucony but I agree with the other reviews, the Cohesion 14 is a let down and after 3 size trials, I went back to my Cohesion 13. I am normally 8.5 but always size up to a 9 in Saucony with the exception of Peregrine which I had to go up to 9.5 but, this Cohesion 14 is something else. The 9 is too tight, the 9.5 is weirdly tight and the 10 is too big. The ventilation is also terrible and I found my feet getting hot in these. The cushioning is nothing in comparison to the 13, the design is a bit bulky and overall, it's not as comfy nor sturdy as the 13. My new 13 came same time as the 14 in size 10 so, I decided to take side by side photos of both to show the incredible difference between them. The stitching is different which might explain the heat in 14, the 13 is Grid and 14 is Versarun, the sole pattern are very different. Overall, 13 wins hands down and I look forward to the 15, whenever it gets released. Hope this helps the next person pondering what's wrong with Cohesion 14. ... show more

I purchased a size 9.5 to wear walking, hiking, and maybe light running while on my Camino de Santiago journey. I normally wear an 8.5 to a 9. My smallest and biggest toes were visible through the side fabric of the footbox because they are so small. The padding under the ankle was so tight that it was painful, even after loosening the shoe laces. These are by far the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever tried on. ... show more

I use these shoes primarily for biking and walking. I'm an 8.5 with the ball of my foot on the wide side of medium and they fit perfect. My ankles, however, are narrow and athletic shoes often slip on the back of my ankle amd create blisters. Not so with these; they fit great straight out of the box. They are very light and breathable; I can actually feel air flow through them when I'm riding fast with wind. This makes them great for warm weather. Because they are light, I would say they arent the most supportive athletic shoe you could have; however, I have high arches and find the support perfectly adequate. I’m really disappointed to have to write this because Saucony is my absolute favorite running shoe brand. But, this particular pair is just not well constructed. I received these on 7/18/2021 and with less than 50 jogging miles on them, the tread is separating from the sole on the right shoe…it’s only 9/4/2021. Overall, these are very comfortable and the ride is super smooth…until the tread comes loose and starts to snag on road/sidewalk debris. Heaven help you if a pebble gets up in there! My hope is that this is just a defective pair and not representative of any reduction in quality standards for Saucony. ... show more

    • Comfortable but without the usual arch support

I've been a longtime Saucony customer. This particular pair looks the same as the other styles and is comfortable in the same way but there is practically no arch support. If you use your own orthotics, you shouldn't have any complaints, especially at this price point.

These are the most comfortable tennis shoes I’ve ever owned! If you have bad ankles or flat feet like me, definitely go with wide. The ankle support in this shoe is amazing. Will never purchase another brand. Highly recommended! Saucony delivers; as always.
