I just finished 400 miles on my second pair of kinvara 13s and absolutely loved them! Took the risk of getting the newer model and have 0 regrets. Super bouncy but have a great amount of cushion as well. My only issue with them, and this is really with all Saucony shoes I’ve tried, the toe box is a little small for me. Other than that, a super amazing shoe for a super good price.

I first met these sneakers on a return rack at REI and I could tell somebody didn't want to wear them because they are really bright, but I love a good sale so I took them home. I really actually like the day-glo yellow color and received compliments on them almost daily. I have wide feet but these shoes are adjustable at the lace; maleable. Breathability and lightness are key to me and this sneaker really brings it home in that department. I am still working my way through an alright pair of Hokas but I wanted to buy this shoe again to have on standby because I love it that much. Thanks Saucony, good job!

I’ve had many pairs of the Kinvara over the years. This one is still mostly true to the name—lightweight, low drop, but enough cushioning for longer runs. This one has more of a rocker than the 13, which I personally don’t love. Still very comfortable though.

The sneakers are very lightweight and were excellent for treadmill use for a few months. However, after less than five months of light use, the inner lining of one sneaker wore through completely. Now, it rubs against the back of my heel, making them too uncomfortable to wear. Unfortunately, the quality of these sneakers is extremely poor. I expected better durability for $75.

The media could not be loaded. I was a big fan of the Saucony Kinvara 13, and also with shoes more minimalist than the 13 (e.g., the old Puma H. Streets). So I was surprised to like the Kinvara 14 as much as I did. It is significantly more cushiony, but also more bouncy. It is a little less flexible (see video), but still is quite flexible. The heel drop remains only 4mm, but the stack height is 3.5mm taller (31mm/27mm vs. 28.5mm/24.5mm for the Kinvara 13). Honestly, the stack height feels taller than just 3.5mm more, but that is not a complaint. It makes me feel taller! I got Size 9 Wide due to the reviews saying the 14 runs narrower than the 13. I think getting the 9 Wide was a good decision. Otherwise, the length of the Size 9 Wide for the Kinvara 14 is the same as the length of the Size 9 for the Kinvara 13. The sole of the Kinvara 14 seems to collect less rocks than the Kinvara 13 did, due to the lack of channels that run from foot to heel. Because of the bounciness of the PWRRUN+ soles of the Kinvara 14, it is a more fun shoe to run in than the 13. In my photos, the Kinvara 14 is on the left while the Kinvara 13 is on the right.

My husband loves wearing bright colored sneakers. He has gotten so many compliments on them. They are very comfortable and true to size. Great colors.
