These are great shoes. I use them for daily non-speed training. My training volume is about 50 miles per week. They are very stable and have good cushioning. I don't understand why Saucony decided to discontinue such a great product.

Its a good shoe, light and strong. It's a little tight in the toe-box but mine aren't fully broken in yet, and I've had tighter with Nike shoes. The forward roll is pronounced, but I haven't felt unstable on them. Might make things a little odd as a general shoe after they've been retired. I've read reviews that this shoe picks up rocks, and man, that's the truth. Not little bits of gravel, but marble-sized rocks in that big groove on the bottom of the shoe near the heel. They get deep, so they haven't been a problem during a run, I don't notice until I'm walking after and hear a clop-clop. They're easy to get out. I'm a street runner, so it's been okay so far, but trail runners might have to think about this. ... show more

I got these strictly for running so it’s not a huge huge deal for what they are actually for. But the price itself for the quality of stitching and where the foam meets the material is pretty comical. Material is also frayed around the laces in some areas. I did see that many online reviews said the quality was not the best, but I took a gamble on the shoes because of the ride many runners raved about. Haven’t got a good long run in them yet but I’m sure it will be great.. we will see how the PWRrun foam holds up where it meats the mesh/material. That plastic clip is a disaster for the foam they use, hopefully the next upgrade of the line takes that out.
