This is my first ever Saucony runner. It's the only brand of running shoe in my entre life in which I had to buy a Wide version to fit my feet. I'm 6'1", 175lbs, athletic, and have a very normal slender foot. I have a low to medium arch and the Cohesion 13 has a medium to high arch in my opinion and I feel the lump. After a slightly painful 2 week break in period, they are now fairly comfortable but nothing even close to my 2 year old Brooks Anthem 3 that I was replacing. The Brooks have held up incredibly well might I add. I've decided to buy the Brooks Ghost 14 for standing and walking all day at work and use these Sauconys for use at the gym. Saucony aren't bad, materials seem second rate but it's what I expected for under $40. Yes the Brooks Ghost 14 is $89 right now but Brooks are on a whole different level, like going from a Chevy Impala to an Audi A7....Not the same by any standard and you get what you pay for :) . I tried to save some money but then decided I'd rather spend more on shoes now and save my feet and back from very expensive doctor visits and surgery as I get older, plus Brooks comfort is exceptional. ... show more

The #13 might be my favorite Cohesion. They're the best running shoes for the money out there. I alternate these with my Saucony Rides for my four weekly runs and it's a great combination for me.

Suggest going up 1/2 to 1 size if you order this shoe. I'm hoping it will stretch a bit over time, but it's a bit uncomfortably confined-feeling.
