Unlike others, my device charges and works. The thing is, it just doesn't feel good. I had the previous no-app model and I also had the Curvy 3+ and enjoyed both, but this is like someone drumming on your button in the most unarousing way possible. I tried it low, I tried it high, I positioned it at different angles, I tried it in a whole bunch of different patterns that I'd previously downloaded for my Curvy 3+. (Which I was pleasantly surprised that I could use the patterns on both devices.) Disappointing. I normally have no trouble "getting there," but with this, I struggled. The only reason I didn't buy a new Curvy 3+ is because they appear to have discontinued it. I've gone through quite a few of those over the years, but I only ever requested a warranty replacement once because paying again was worth it. Those things rock. I was hopeful that this would be the thing to replace my flagging Curvy 3+, but it's a very poor replacement. It's even worse than the previous no-app model I had. Very disappointing. I might have to cough up the bucks and get one of the more expensive competitor brands.

This product is horrible. It looks good and sounds good, but the suction is non-existent. There's literally no suction at all. This item was compared to the Rose, but the Rose beats this product hands down. Don't waste your money, because there are no refunds.

Stopped working not long after buying. Looks like it's charged but will not turn on at all. Tried all the reset instructions and different troubleshooting from app suggestions but nothing. Super annoyed. Waste of money seriously

It's not that it's "bad", but it's definitely not as good as the Lelo Sila Cruise. That is one of the best suction clitoral air pulse devices out there IMO, but the issue is that it broke really fast,. This new Satisfyer Pro 2 Generation 3 has a couple of nice features - it's easy to hold, cleans really well, and you can use some cool settings on the App. HOWEVER, it's not that user friendly IMO. The mouth of the device also isn't big enough/wide enough. It needs to be bigger. And it doesn't have the air pulse suction when you turn it on unless you use the App, which is a HUGE disadvantage. I hate that I can't just enjoy the device without having to use my phone to get onto the App if I want to access all the features. I was thinking of trying the older version of the Pro 2, I hear it's better. The cost wasn't so bad for this new one, but to me, it's not really worth the money. While it does work, it does take a while to get things where you want them in order to feel pleasure from this device. But if you have the original Satisfyer Pro 2, you absolutely don't need this one. It's not worth the money IMO.

This toy is like 20 notches up compared to the last staisfyer, or any toy I've experienced. What's great about it: Two different "heads" for regular air pulse or liquid air. The option to switch between vibration, air pulse, or both at the same time It's BLUETOOTH, can be used with or without the app. Using the app allows it to "follow along" with erotic audiobooks available in the app. Offers erotic meditation sessions. You can create and save "sessions". You can sync it to your MUSIC. It offers an "ambient" session which can follow along to any outside noise. You can allow access to your partner, so they can control it with their phone no matter how far away they may be. Community users can actually upload their own mix n match sessions of the satisfyer's settings. It's waterproof. It charges through magnets. 15 Year warranty! Incredibly soft. This is much weaker than a Pro 2, but I'm able to get off about a 2-3 on Pro 2 so this still works for me. The vibration mode IS stronger than the pulse, so that's an option. The sensation is just a bit different from the Pro 2. The buttons are a little confusing; the "up" and "down" on this are switched, and if you hold the "up" too long, it powers off. The all-silicone feel of this one is better in hand and in cleaning. The app lets you see the current charge, play with vibrations, and adds a bit more use to it. I wish it could connect to Spotify or Youtube though, rather than needing you to download the music yourself. If you already have the Pro 2, I wouldn't say that you need this.

The low review is because it requires a constant BlueTooth connection to stay on if you are using modes from your phone, which is the whole purpose of this. When use while my partner is in me or I'm pushing against my partner for pressure it always turns off. Very annoying to say the least and always does this at the worst time. I wrote customer service and they had me do a factory reset. That didn't help, so they sent a new unit. Same thing with that one, which means it's just a design flaw.
