I purchased the first gen product a year ago and didn’t really think that the additional vibration would alter the intensity. I am also not a huge fan of the different vibrations settings vibrators come with but with this product it’s a game changer… since you are able to control both frequencies of the suction and vibration… you can find the best sensation for you. I found that the sensation felt like someone was actually performing oral on me…provided that you have a bit of lubricant. The only thing is that it does take a while to get accustomed to the buttons. Other than that it’s definately my favorite of the two gens so far.

Bought this because my pro 2+ stopped working. This is not the same quality. The ad says 2+, but it isn't labeled as 2+. Hard to use with very little suction. Hate it….waste of $$$$

Recent update: bought in 2020. It's now 2022 and this thing is STILL my favorite and going strong! They say it's waterproof, I put it to the test and it did not disappoint! If you're on the fence all I can say is this is the one! I have been disappointed by more toys than I care to admit so I was skeptical about this one but after reading all the reviews I thought I'd give it a chance. My only regret is not finding this miracle sooner. This is a life changer!! 2020 UPDATE: I've had this for almost 2 months and it did stop working. It would turn on for a couple seconds and then die, like it hadnt properly charged. I saw on one the questions posted above that the company had stated that have a 15 yr warranty on all their products so I emailed them directly instead of trying to go through amazon (since it's been more than 30 days). I've never been so impressed by a company's customer service. It took less than 24 hrs to get an email response. They were so sweet and apologetic about it and are replacing my product for me. I'm still in love with this product and the fact that the company takes such good care of their customers. I will 100% do business with them again.

I'm no stranger to the Satisfyer. I have one of the originals for almost 3 years and that really gets me. I've been wanting to upgrade for forever because buying AAA batteries gets costly. The Pro 2+ is not the experience I was looking for. I've got my husband more into trying toys too, so bringing this into the bedroom and having it be such a catastrophe was a major setback to my intimate love life. 11/11/22 - After my initial review, support did reach out, but their response implied I should troubleshoot and it was more "user" error. More than a year later, I somehow ended up with a second one due to a White Elephant Turkey Gift exchange. This one works WAY better, which makes me think that the one I bought previously was a dud.

The media could not be loaded. I’m honestly extremely mad about this. I put it on the charger, planned out my time, took it off the charger, now the light will not turn off & it has completely stopped working. I’ve only had it for 2 months. Ridiculous. & nobody know how to fix it. Factory reset doesn’t work. Charging it doesn’t work. Changing the outlet doesn’t work. Cleaning it doesn’t work. NOTHING.

I was so looking forward to receiving this, as I'd owned the Satisfyer Pro 2 for years, and it is my all-time favorite. This one was on my wish list for a long time. What a disappointment! First of all, I read that the head is a little larger on the Plus compared to the Satisfyer Pro 2. Not true at all. I put them side by side, and they are exactly the same-if anything, the original could be slightly larger than the Plus, but I think it is just the angle of the photo. Secondly, the wonderful Air Pulse that made the Satisfyer Pro 2 my favorite was not present in the one I received. Such a disappointing downgrade from the original! They should call in "Minus" instead of "Plus". Trading the Air Pulse for vibration is not a good trade by any stretch of the imagination. $60 for this junk is a waste of money.
