The second one also failed after a handful of uses. So much for the German emphasis on quality! These are clearly not quality devices.

I bought one of these back in 2018 and it was the best ever! It had suction and it had different levels of vibration. This product that I just received itās supposed to have all these escalating levels and it donāt! It doesnāt matter if you upped the level to one or five or the highest setting is all the same itās very disappointing. I thought I was getting a product like I bought in 2018 which just recently broke, I have to say Iām very disappointed in non suction and one speed vibration, false advertisement for sure unless my toy just happens to be broken. I am going to write the company about this because Iām very disappointed and this used to be my favorite favorite favorite toy.

Recent update: bought in 2020. It's now 2022 and this thing is STILL my favorite and going strong! They say it's waterproof, I put it to the test and it did not disappoint! If you're on the fence all I can say is this is the one! I have been disappointed by more toys than I care to admit so I was skeptical about this one but after reading all the reviews I thought I'd give it a chance. My only regret is not finding this miracle sooner. This is a life changer!! 2020 UPDATE: I've had this for almost 2 months and it did stop working. It would turn on for a couple seconds and then die, like it hadnt properly charged. I saw on one the questions posted above that the company had stated that have a 15 yr warranty on all their products so I emailed them directly instead of trying to go through amazon (since it's been more than 30 days). I've never been so impressed by a company's customer service. It took less than 24 hrs to get an email response. They were so sweet and apologetic about it and are replacing my product for me. I'm still in love with this product and the fact that the company takes such good care of their customers. I will 100% do business with them again.

Light a candle, turn on an ASMR video with that handsome fella whispering sweet nothings into your ear, and take your time. This goes up to 11 and you probably don't need to go that far. It has a second motor that vibrates the handle. This adds nothing to the experience, being too far from the tip to benefit and it's loud. The charging light is VERY bright. I can see it blinking on my cieling in the dark and find it too distracting to sleep. The magnet is pretty strong, but don't move it around. It cleans up pretty easily and there's no hole getting clogged with lube like some toys can. I was using a similar toy with a smaller opening so the size difference required some new positions and adjusting. I wish the buttons were lower on the handle. This is not a petite toy, but it will go to work for you.

The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: Iāve torn it apart to try & fix the issue considering itās impossible to get a response from the company or a refund/replacement, & the silicone āair pulseā part was disconnected. Iāve fixed it & itās brand new. I also realized that I was not using WATER BASED lubricant. DO NOT use anything other than a very very light water based lube, because it WILL ruin this toy & cause it to malfunction. š¤ UPDATE: ive bought ANOTHER one, & this one has stopped working as well. I clean it before & after every use. I charge it as needed & remove it once itās charged. They just STOP WORKING for absolutely NO REASON. At this point youāre better off buying an expensive toy, rather than buying 2+ of the same toy because itās going to keep malfunctioning. The second toy, the air pulse part just ā¦. Stopped working. The vibration works but whatās the point? You can never get ahold of support quick enough to get a reliable response. You cannot find any answers on how to trouble shoot the issue online. Itās just, a loss! No returns either, even though there is a 15 year warranty. The first toy, it was working fine until I charged it one night, took it off the charger, but it thought I was still charging it so it never worked again. Iām honestly extremely mad about this. I put it on the charger, planned out my time, took it off the charger, now the light will not turn off & it has completely stopped working. Iāve only had it for 2 months. Ridiculous. & nobody know how to fix it. Factory reset doesnāt work. Charging it doesnāt work. Changing the outlet doesnāt work. Cleaning it doesnāt work. NOTHING.
