I can’t believe how great this is for the price! I didn’t even have to style my hair to wear it and no one knew I had something in my hair. I have extremely thin hair so I was worried if the wind blows, it would reveal the weft but that didn’t happen. It stayed hidden and I’m so happy I have something to elevate my hair now. I gave up on extensions long ago because they always came with too many pieces and my hair was too thin to hide them all, but this thing is my new best friend lol. The color matched perfectly and the instructions were easy to follow. The band is not noticeable at all. I don’t think anyone would guess you were wearing extensions unless you have really short hair. The thickness is natural, not too much, not too little.

These are great extensions for the price. Complaints about the quality dipping after months of use to me are unwarranted as the extensions are not 100% human hair so you cannot hold them to human hair standard. I am someone who wears extensions out very fast. I re-curl them daily, and I wash them when needed. This naturally damages a product like this. Yes it will get fuzzy but it will take a few months and that is normal. Especially if you are more aggressive with them like I am. The less damage you do to them the less damaged they will be. They come very shiny and soft. Yes 80g is a bit them but I actually don't mind when they get a little damaged because they get a little thicker. You should probably get higher gram count if you don't have fine/thinner hair. I have more fine hair than I do thick and 80g has always been enough. They are Halo so they are a huge benefit on hair health. I personally cut the clips off the extensions bc your hair will get stuck in them even if you don't use them. The clips are the only way these cause hair loss. Only use the band if you're trying to grow out your hair. The clips do secure the placement more but I find it very uncomfortable, it will need to get readjusted throughout the day, and you cant brush your hair with your fingers or brush your hair without it getting stuck, hurting or yanking hair out. They look like human hair and handle high heat well. That already is a great for extensions with blend. No one ever suspects I am wearing extensions be it brand new or with some wear and tear. My only complaints are with the bands.. I have a small head and these do stretch out pretty fast. They do provide other sizes, but I usually have to end up putting them on the furthest hook a month or so after wear ( I wear them daily) and even knot them. When you put them very tight you can get some bumps that need to be covered every now and then, but this is because I have a smaller than average size head. Also, the band can cause a dent on your head. This is most likely because I have a smaller head and have to put them so tight, but at the end of the day I can feel that intent and I do have discomfort. Again! I wear them for prolonged time. Just take this personal info with a grain of salt. I usually rebuy these anywhere from 4-8 months. I am growing out my hair in hopes I don't need these for much longer. I have had issues my whole life with hair growth and since using these my hair is longer and healthier than its ever been. The best course of action is always to leave your hair alone entirely, but if you feel the need to have longer hair to look presentable like I do, these are a great option for extensions.

3 MONTH UPDATE: I debated lowering it to 3 stars (vs 4 stars) because the hair quality I still think is good. But yup, still very hard to stay on. No way the string was going to work. I sewed on the 3 tiny clips (not enough) and it keeps popping off or sliding down my hair, it feels like I have to keep fiddling with it or sneaking off to the bathroom to re-adjust the clips every 30 to 45 minutes. And yes, I've tried all different ways, places, backcombed my hair, added hairspray to make my hair sticky, etc. The weight of this hair is just a lot for anyone with thinner hair. I would definitely not buy this if you have very thin or silky straight hair, instead go for INDIVIDUAL clip in hair pieces - not a huge heavy piece like this. Also, after being on vacation in Mexico where I wore them 4 times they seemed a bit dirty, so I gave the hair a wash & condition (with salon quality shampoo products) and now the hair at the bottom is SUPER fuzzy!! When I first bought them it was silky at the tips and felt amazing to the touch, now its a fuzzy mess. :( So now when I put them on, it makes them look fake compared to my thin silky hair. So now if I want to use these I'm thinking I need to buy a straightening iron?? I don't know. I need to contact the company and see -- too late to return. Overall I would not buy these again, I'm going to buy individual clip ins (and spend a ton more money sadly). ---- Just received this hair and I have been working with it for 30 mins trying to get it on right. First, I love the hair - VERY silky soft, looks fantastic, near perfect color match to my hair. Its incredibly heavy and thick too - even more so that I thought it would be. It really is great quality. The issue: I have used clip-in extensions for years (and I used to have glue-in too from a salon). I thought I would try these halo kind with the string because my other hair extension set with clips get itchy after a few hours. I only gave this hair 4 stars because I have NO idea how people would actually walk around all day and not have it fall off. After 30 mins of trying, re-trying, and doing all sorts of hair gymnastics, I cannot get this hair to stay on right. I tried tightening, wearing it higher up, lower up, more hair over, less hair over... and it just can't sit right. I have super straight very fine hair, so maybe the wire just won't "grab" my hair enough to stay put? The weight of the extension hair makes it slip off if I move my head around at all, so I would never be able to wear it in public (let along a night out, or in a pool, or anything where I'm not just sitting straight without moving). I am going to sew in the clips, which you have to do yourself (there was only 3 of them).... hoping that helps enough that I can wear these. If not I may return it and buy clip ins again (I would buy from the same company as the hair does look great, just clip in kind).

So I recently lost a lot of hair last fall - my thyroid was out of control and I didn’t know it. I cut off a foot and a half of hair and what was left was baby fine. It’s been growing back in steadily, but right now the new growth is only about two inches long; the rest is just past my shoulders and thins out considerably from my scalp. I figured this halo would be perfect while I’m waiting for the new growth to further descend. I purchased a cheap synthetic halo about a month ago and loved it - it blended in perfectly with my hair and nobody can tell I’m wearing a hair piece. So I decided to bite the bullet and purchase one made of real hair that would last until my hair has fully grown out. Pros: the hair is beautiful. My hairdresser said the halo is fairly well constructed and would probably last a year if treated delicately, maybe even longer with regular trims - which is why I bought the 20 inch. So far, there’s been no shedding (even with combing), but keep in mind I’ve only worn it twice and never washed it. The hair is also very light - some could argue it’s because the hair is thinner on bottom than on top, but I like that - it just makes it look more natural. Regardless, it didn’t give me a headache due to too much weight. Cons: the wire is not stretchy in any way, like on my cheap halo. Even after I adjusted and tightened it, it kept slipping back. The only way I could keep it in was to utilize the clips - which is very bad for hair that’s still delicate because of hormonal imbalance. I purchased a cheap stretchy wire and swapped them out and the hair stayed in place without the clips just fine. However, I had to remove the clips because even closed they kept tangling in my hair when trying to place the halo. But the biggest con is how bulky the band is. It’s fine if you have a full head of hair to cover it, but if your hair is thin there will be a ‘bump’ where the band sits beneath your hair. Most of my hair fall was from the sides, and the band is quite thick on the sides where the wire meets it. I wasn’t confident that the ends would stay completely hidden at all times - something I don’t have to worry about with the cheap halo because the band is so thin. So for now, I’ll stick with the cheap synthetic halo - maybe come fall I’ll be able to swap it out for this piece.

I was skeptical about these hair halos since the price was not that high. But surprisingly they’re really good quality. I received it today, styled it and put it on. Colour match is unbelievable. They are not shiny and fake looking like the other extensions. So Easy to style. I was hoping to get the 24” but unfortunately they don’t have any halos in that length. Really happy with it. Will definitely buy again.

The color blends perfectly with my hair. The colors are true to the website photos. The halo extensions feel absolutely weightless. Easy to forget I have anything on. I took away one star because they are quite wide from left to right for my head. The furthest left clip and furthest right clip have to be attached virtually to my temples. That said, the four clips comfortably and firmly hold the halo on the head without any type of dragging down feeling. The invisible elastic headband is not even necessary.
