Always a risk ordering online, I ran out of my favorite oil and took a chance on this one and I’m in love! Use it almost daily for cooking/salads. Just popped on to order a 2nd bottle, the packaging is also beautiful so it would make a really nice gift!! Definitely recommend!

I guess I expected the more subtle or deeper flavor based on the reviews and the bloggers recommendation. It’s OK but I don’t think it’s significantly better than any other lemon olive oil, I’ve tried. But give it a try and see if you like it.

This is the "real deal," that is, Meyer lemons squeezed with the olives, not Meyer lemon essence added later to the finished olive oil. You don't need much to add a Meyer lemon flavor to fish (my favorite) or a salad dressing. Use it to flavor foods, and other oils, such as grapeseed oil, to cook with. Very pricey per ounce but the flavor is superb.
