So I got these a year & 9 months ago. They’re cute, fit well & have been very comfy during this time. They’re look more grey than black because of the matte black color. I have worn them a lot since buying; on average once a week for a minimum of 12 hrs each time. I’ve worn to work, sporting events, a wedding reception, going out with friends, & going shopping. A few of the rhinestones have fallen off & the bottoms are now done with holes in the heel like a few pictures. I may get them replaced at a boot repair shop or I may just trash them, depends on how much they charge to repair. The heels are hollow. If they were solid they’d last a lot longer.

I can't believe after so many customers complained about the same issue, you would think the seller/shipper would ship these boots differently!! The boots are nice but they have this ugly crease in them from NOT BEING SHIPPED IN A BOOT BOX, but in a regular shoe box with the boots being folded over. Not a good idea!!!!
